Although we love their donuts, especially the double chocolate, this location is constantly out of donuts. Seems like every time we stop by they are out of something. I understand they want to minimize waste but they have been open long enough to adjust forecasting. No excuse to be out of anything but limited time options.

Finally! We have a Dunkin’ Donuts in the OC! Now I won’t have to drive all the way to LA County for fresh coffee and donuts(as much as I love Starbucks). The only location that I could think of is on Goldenwest off McFadden right next to Golden West College(perfect for those college kids who hate the food on campus LOL). I went in and the surroundings looked like an upscaled version of McDonald’s, only more… tasteful. :P I got the coffee cake muffin(similar to Starbucks’ cinnamon swirl coffee cake, only BIGGER), and it filled me up quite a bit this morning, even with a small vanilla coffee. And, I didn’t have to pay close to $ 5.00 for both the coffee and the muffin; both cost $ 1.59, whereas Starbucks is $ 3.something for the coffee and $ 2.45 for their coffee cake. So yes, Dunkin’ may be a bit of a ways away from me, but hey, at least I could get more food for less. :P

It was fast service for the drive through and the donuts were on point! However, the iced coffee I got was burnt, and since I got it in the drive they and drove off, I couldn’t go back to tell them.

I have been going here since they opened and have been very happy. This morning I went thru the drive thru and ordered my usual frosted strawberry donut and non fat milk. The gal said«we don’t have non fat milk». I explained that yes you do, they just have to pour it into a cup, I order it all the time. She said she had to check with her manager. Her manager natasha came on the speaker and said they would not do it. I again explained they have done it since they opened and they just charge me extra for the cup(which I totally understand) She again refused. I told them to keep their donut and drove thru. I guess natasha’s customer service skills are why at 10:30 am i was the only car in the drive thru. I will never again go to DD.

Stopped here on the way to work several times now to pick up a dozen donuts. I used to only go to The Donuttery on Beach/Slater, but now I have a baby in tow and love the drive thru option at DD. Every time I’ve been here, it’s the butt crack of dawn but the customer service has been consistently awesome. Super friendly and fast.

This place has really dropped the ball. The coffee is never as tasty as the other locations and I am for certain the donuts are not made there if the we’re you would smell the difference and also the donuts do not taste freshly cooked I was happy to see this place go up so close to my home but I am very disappointed with all items I have purchased here and I gave it a real honest chance before updating my review.

I ordered the Chicken Apple Sausage Breakfast Sandwich for $ 3.99 The Sausage was very good, the Cheese was great, the Fried Egg was good and the English Muffin was tasty. A very good Meal from this Drive Thru.

Unilocal Challenge 2015292⁄365 DD is nothing more than a Hook, Line and Sinker. The commercials lure you in, entice you then set you up for disappointment. Haven’t had DD since I visited the East Coast over 10 years ago. Over the past 10 years I’ve Watched the DD commercials over and over again with the closest DD in LV. Dreamed of iced coffee and tastey donuts. Super Stoaked when this one opened down the street from me. Drive thru was empty with a friendly voice behind the screen. Kind of wish I went inside, but I was cold and my car was warm. Although they have pictures of the donuts on the screen it is not the same as seeing them behind the counter. Iced Vanilla coffee met my expectations but nothing more. It was good, but could of been better. Sweet and creamy pleasing my belly. Those little munchkin donut holes are expensive. Over $ 3.00 just for 10 little holes. Such a rip off. For coffee DD is a winner.

Okay so we all know that if it’s a fast food restaurant we can’t expect a lot. But this was just flat out gross. I ordered a big n toasted sandwich and a bunch of donuts. The bread was not toasted it was soggy and full of butter and they didn’t even put cheese on it, plus the bacon was microwaved, you can tell. The donuts are not all that great at this one too. Then again frozen donuts can’t be that spectacular anyways. The iced coffee was good but come one, how hard is that? Anyways really vial. Hedis donuts on Springdale Is wayyyyyyyy better! Super fresh.

I RARELY give out 1 stars, but honesty is the best policy! I wasn’t sure what the hype was about with dunkin donuts. I heard mixed reviews from friends and family, but decided to try the place anyway with some friends. We all shared the munchkins(donut holes) and my other friend got the boston crème donut. We came a couple of days after grand opening and the lot was still packed like crazy! Anyway I’m not going to waste further time on this review and will cut to the point. The donuts were nasty and as stated from others(including their employees) the donuts are frozen not fresh! They sure tasted frozen and stale it was such a waste of calories! Even the donuts in grocery stores tasted better :(We got 1 of each flavor for the munchkins and the only memorable ones were the jelly filled and blueberry. The pumpkin spice wasn’t that great. My friends that got the coffee said it was nowhere as good as the local mom & pop donut shop or starbucks which is in the same plaza lol. I would not ever try another dunkin donut, but as a dedicated Unilocaler I have to try everything once: p

Coffee and tea are super cheap! It’s like less than $ 3 for 32 oz of iced tea and you can add sweetened and also unsweetened flavors. Can’t do that at Starbucks :) You want to add raspberry flavor? That’ll be 400 calories at Starbucks, but not DD. Speciality donuts are tasty! The caramel cheesecake squares are really good. Mmm. And the Simpsons strawberry sprinkle donuts have really good strawberry flavor. Oh and the chocolate frosted too! I could eat one a day haha. Those are my favorite. Ohhh dang and the Munchkins are their donut holes. There are like five different flavors with blueberry being my favorite! They even have a jelly-filled Munchkin. The breakfast sandwiches are decently priced, $ 3 something, with lots of options and the croissants are warm and soft and flaky. :D The drive-thru is really quick and convenient and all the employees I’ve encountered are nice. Oh, and the Dunkacchinos are addictive — part hot chocolate and part coffee. Sweet as is. :) They’re open till 10:30PM each night for a late night treat and coffee and obviously open early for on the way to work. Just make sure to save yourself some extra time to hit up that drive-thru. Yay, Dunkin!

Sooooo… I’m really disappointed on the doughnuts here. I do not understand if I’m buying a half dozen, why am I not able to pay extra for the(managers special) doughnut. I have to buy it at full price and add to my half dozen. I’m done I will go ahead and support the local donut tree down the street at Adams donuts

Epic fail! Flavorless and poor customer service. The plain cake donut(we ordered an Old Fashioned) tasted like the bread you would find on a corn dog. Yuck! The glaze donut had no flavor, it was just sweet because of the glaze. We found this to be the theme with all the donuts, including the vanilla and chocolate cream filled, with the only exception being the Carmel — Cream cheese donut. This one was ok. **Do yourself a favor and go to the Donuttery on Beach Blvd. instead. They have variety, flavor, reasonable prices, and good customer service, although busy in the am.

Bacon egg & cheese croissant is about the size of your holiday Pillsbury cressant rolls. You may get 4.5 bites if your bites are small. I’ve. Been to many dunkin dounuts in North Carolina I don’t recall being so small. $ 1.00 dollar a bite plus tax. Well, at least gas prices are down. Think of it as your diet day… now, I’ll stop at Mc Donalds for breakfast. Eat smart my friends GUESSWHAT? You don’t even get a coffee refill. Mc Donalds coffee it is

I love Dunkin’ Donuts but this location never seems to get my order right. It’s always very simple but I have come twice and both times my order was wrong. Like today, I ordered one of their special donuts(it even says so on my receipt) and they didn’t even give it to me. So I asked if they gave me my donut and they said oh let me get it for you. So they hand me the bag and I drive home. I got home and they gave me a glazed donut… I paid extra for the special seasonal one. Just make sure to double check your bags when you come here. UPDATE — I have gone back and they gave me a free donut in return for my missing donut. ANOTHERUPDATE — Again they give me the wrong order even when I asked three times conforming they had the right order… I give up.

2.5 I’m going to give this DD’s the benefit since their fairly new. Call me the Iced Coffee Queen, I love it, I gotta have almost everyday! LOL! I’ve been to the Upland location and the one in Barstow on the way to Las Vegas, so I’ve had them enough times to know how the drinks should look and taste like. I was super excited that DD’s is finally opening up more locations in North County and I couldn’t wait to try this location since I come to HBALOT! We walked in and we were greeted by a friendly cashier(good sign or so I thought) My mom was really craving a buttermilk doughnut and they don’t even have them! What drives me nuts is that they got my super complicated drink right but messed up my moms SIMPLEST order: Green Iced Tea! My mom has had this before and know exactly how it is and the employees got it wrong 2x! I’m not one of those annoying customers who has OCD about the drink but how do you mix up regular iced tea which is(Brown) and green iced tea(which is green?!) The first time I took the drink back and the employee was happily to remake it but made it the same way again… After the 2x time we just left. I’m sure in the following months they will work out the kinks and be a well– oiled machine but some things should be common sense and already taught! It won’t stop me from coming but I hope they step their game up!

Gotta give them 5 stars. Don’t know why some people here are giving low stars but I think some people just like to never be happy with anything. Got a few sandwiches for me and my wife. Our son had a donut and a sandwich and chocolate milk and I had OJ and my wife had a mocha ice coffee, Gotta say I normally don’t like coffee but theirs is awesome. I also ended up meeting the owner who had a conversation with us and asked how everything was and what we thought. Awesome guy, the people behind the counter were friendly and had a smile on their face the whole time which makes you feel more welcome there. How many coffee places do you go to where the owner of a franchise will even give his time to talk to you at all? Non but It happened at this place. Awesome job and we will keep coming there Matt. Thanks guys. Recommended. If you haven’t tried it, you simply must.

YOUDUNKINMYDONUTSYO!!! I haven’t been to this location yet, but I have had dunkin donuts in LB and I have to say… what a TREAT! 00ooOoO. Donuts of various sizes, and the pink with sprinkles«Simpsons» donut is cool looking to try, too bad I’m gluten free… So my favorite thing to get here is the Dunkalicious I believe is the name. Hot Coco with coffee, BESTINCARNATIONEVERCREATEDFORBOTHBEVERAGES!!! DUNKINDONUTSWAYTOINNOVATE!!! Now all I need is more concoctions, and a gluten free donut and I’ll be here more often, maybe even see a cop or two having a donut. ;). AREYOUDONEWITHDUNKINMYDONUTS?! This place isn’t as good as the mom n pop shop I usually go to. I decided to check it out because there aren’t any Dunkin donuts near me and I personally love their glazed and jelly filled donuts! First off, avoid the parking lot unless you want to deal with a claim to your insurance company because that lot is packed to the brim, with people trying to squeeze into the drive thru. It’s a mad house. I parked over in the Dollar Tree’s lot, which was the best idea. I arrived at 8am and the line was out the door. Decided to stay because I didn’t really have anything better to do for the morning. Anyways, the lady that was taking my order wasn’t exactly friendly. Only time she looked at me was to take my money. The girl behind her was trying to ask what donuts I wanted all while the cashier was trying to squeeze me out of the way by asking for the next person to order. Service? –10. My donuts? Mediocre. Not a single glaze, and my jelly donut was split on the bottom and all of the jelly fell out when I picked it up.(Not that it had much in it in the first place). My caramel latte was WAY too sweet; I could barely even taste the coffee. Don’t think I’ll be coming back until this place dies down in popularity and they have the time to provide quality service and food. Until then, I’m happy the small shop up the street from me.
