I used to love flame broiler but I had this one and got all white meat with no cabbage and I found a huge bone in my chicken and hardly had any veggies, I am pregnant and could’ve gotten very hurt if I swallowed the bone and was so shocked and grossed out that I couldn’t finish my food

I eat at this flame broiler at least once a week and today I didn’t get as much rice as I usually get. So I asked for more & they really were gonna charge me $ 4 for some dam plain white rice! The cashier ALEJANDRO just said«well it must’ve been another cook.» And literally didn’t even ask a manager for advice he didn’t gaf to be honest… like really that’s how u guys treat your customers? Would it really hurt your stores budget just to give me a little more rice I didn’t ask for a BOWL of rice. This irritates me because I am a customer service manager & I believe customers are always right and this place clearly doesn’t care about their customers! I will never return to this location. All they seemed to worry about was pre closing. I regret spending my $ 9.45 on this bowl, not that the food was nasty; but because the way I was treated as a customer wasn’t cool at all!!!

Tonight was the second and last time I ever go to this Flame Broiler. The meat was dried out yet again! Although the meat wasn’t directly burnt this time, I could see burn bits on my meat. If I wanted burnt meat, I’d do it myself! The last time I tried the food here was about a year ago. I see nothing has changed and I wonder how they can still be open. An awful waste of money and I can’t believe you guys are willing to serve this to paying customers!

Go to a different location of you are craving this. They don’t clean their grill very well so everything taste like gassy gross meet. Plus they are really stingy with the green onions. I asked to be charged for extra and was told the most they could do was an extra little bag which is more like a pinch. On the menu they charge 3.45 for extra veggies doesn’t green onions qualify as veggies? What is a returning customer worth apparently not extra onions

This will be the last time I will ever go this place! The last 3 times i have been here it has been a terrible experience. It’s obvious the employees are ordered to penny pinch. We are charged extra for things that are normally given. We aren’t even able to pay for extras we want. The beef is per-grilled so far in advance they are almost as dry as beef jerky. No wonder they have the ‘Magic Sauce’! They should invest in some ‘miracle sauce’ to make it not taste like burnt beef jerky!

1st time to Flame Broiler. Funny that it’s a couple doors down from Chipotle. Similar concept. You decide if you want rice, cooked veggies, salad wiih your protein and type of protein. You can get it in 3 different sizes. I only tried the chicken with brown rice and cooked veggies. Chicken was tasty and tender. I got the bowl which was almost big enough for another meal with some side dishes. I will be back.

I wish I had something good to say about this place. Unfortunately, I don’t. I’ve been there twice now, and had the same so-so experience. I was just there on a Sunday afternoon with three friends. Our food was consistently poor. The chicken was dry, and the beef was very salty. To make things worse, the young lady who took our order was not helpful, bordering on rude. She had an «it’s not my job» attitude. I won’t be going back.

I love their food but it’s not a nice place to eat I always take home radio so loud tables chairs not and comfortable it’s very plain. My main complaint is when order to go they should put magic Sauce in bag you have to fill yourself and those little containers don’t stay closed so when you get home you have mess.

Where to start!!! So I tried to place a phone order because I only have a 30 min lunch break. Called and no one answered(it is the lunch hour so the must be busy). I waited a couple mins called again no answer(so they must be super busy). Upon arrival the place was empty!!! Ordered a works bowl and that was put together in a very sloppy fashion! And employees were rude and looked unhappy to be there! I will never order from this location ever again! Terrible customer service!

We frequent this flame broiler about twice a week, for over a year. And every time the employees working are short and not welcoming. Which, is fine considering we order and take it to go within a few minutes. However, this occasion specifically, I grabbed my Amex out of routine and gave it to the girl, she wouldn’t touch it and responded«give me another card». After ordering, I had my hands full of 6 sauces, a jamba juice, my purse and keys. Girl employee(Hispanic, young, but old enough to know better) let me know that my order was ready. I turned around and grabbed it, thanked her and began to walk out. In the distance I hear«the trash is over there». I don’t respond because she must be talking to someone else. But no, I hear it again, look around and realize that I’m the only one in the store. I look at her confused and she repeats it again and points to the sauce station, and to my receipt, which I had left behind. By accident and in distraction. She could have simply said, excuse me, but you left your receipt. Which is still cheeky, but I can understand this and wouldn’t have taken offense. After all, I don’t mind cleaning up after myself. And it was an accident. I looked back at this girl and she gave me that«resting bitch face» smirk and side head node. In disbelief, I responded with«that’s cute» picked up the receipt, crinkled it and placed it on top of the trash can. There was one gentleman working in back and just her alone in the front. If I see her again, I won’t be returning back to this location. Incident happened May 18, 2015, at 4:55pm. I didn’t get her name.

It’s just okay. The customer service could be better. But, the food was made quickly and correctly. No complaints there. The inside of the place is clean and it’s usually not too crowded. It’s a good place to grab something quick and be out the door.

This has always been my go to place for something healthy to eat whenever I cant find time to make food. The store itself is really nice and clean and the workers there are slightly happier than other places. The only reason why I’m giving this place a three star is because they stopped giving you the right portions and started to give less throughout the years which I have noticed. Other than that the food is awesome and who can say no to 0g of fat?!

This is actually one of my favorite flame broilers! There is always the same sweet worker every time I visit and I never receive bad service. Flame broiler is my go to food choice when I want something healthy and fast. I usually order a regular chicken bowl with easy brown rice and veggies. When I don’t ask for easy rice, I tend to throw away the excess rice and it’s such a waste. Regular bowl is usually around $ 7. Don’t forget to top with green onions and their delicious magic sauce!!! I also like eating it with a side of jalapeños :’) yum!

This by far the WORST Flame Broiler I’ve been to yet. The girls working are always rude, will not own up to or correct their mistakes, see you as an inconvenience to them. I ordered a chicken veggie bowl, Joanna put it in as a chicken bowl, and when I said that I ordered the chicken veggie, she argued with me! Finally, she said she’d have it remade, instead, they put the veggies in a cup. And by the way, thanks for all the BURNT chicken!

These flame broilers are very location and time of day dependent, meaning if you come at the right time of the day when it’s busy and the chicken is freshly grilled then it’s great. Obviously if you show up when it’s slow the chicken ends up tasting old. This location is always good around lunch time.

Wow… compared to my first flame broiler experience ending with a bone almost getting stuck in my throat… this experience was deff much different. Girl at the front was cool… took my order for a half and half mini bowl and I added a drink for a buck more. I got it and it’s an actually good size little bowl… the sauce was really good(compared to the one on beach) and the meat tasted good… and best of all no bones lol. I’d be back for another mini meal for a lunch time snack :)

[x] Healthy [x] Delicious [x] Simple [x] Quick [x] Cheap If you want a quick protein fix after a workout, this is theee spot! The texture of the meat is fantastic, makes you feel it was actually grilled. Pick your size bowl, regular or mini. Regular if you are starving, mini if you just want a snack. Rice: white or brown? for you health freaks, brown, for everybody else, white. There’s a combo to get half and half meats, chicken and beef. In addition to that, you can also get steamed veggies. Sauces: «magic» sauce and hot(from dispenser) Magic taste like sweet teriyaki and hot taste like buffalo wing sauce. both are excellent to drizzle over your bowl. When you get your bowl its naked(no sauce). Being able to control how much sauce to use is an excellent idea! Pricing is on point, won’t break your bank, a meal with a drink will run you around $ 7. You, your wallet, and abs will walk away happy.
