The 3 times I tried this place and it will be the last! Always a problem here. Tried to buy 28 bucks worth of food with 100 dollar bill. And they couldn’t do it. Like I said it’s always something with this place.

Ricardo is the best! He was patient and told us about all their deals and promos to get us the best price for our food. I was blown away that he went above and beyond for me! I would definitely come back.

Was here on Sunday. Ordered 7 chili dogs and 3 corn dogs. Came home and no corn dogs in the bag. Employees were just shooting the breeze. Never coming back!

It should be no stars. Bad service ordered chile cheese fries and fries wee undercooked. Took them back and asked for a fix. Fries were better but they did not put any cheese on like it was the first time. No more will I go there

Although I’m not a regular at this place, I am a frequent customer at this specific Wienerschnitzel. Sometimes, I just feel like grabbing something fast and convenient to eat other than McDonald. As I read some of the review for this location, I was surprise that the rating is below three. So, here is my rating for you.
Waiting Time: Inconsistent (Sometimes it is long, sometimes short)
Service: Inconsistent (Sometimes bad service, sometimes good service)
Food: Most of the time, well prepared and done. Just your typical fast-​food, nothing fancy like Cheesecake Factory or any other 3 stars restuarant.
Food Poison: None that I ever known. What reviewers have been saying about servers not wearing gloves is untrue. Besides, they have purell or hand sanitizer sticking out of their window shelf.
Overall: It wasn’t a bad place to stop and eat. The food was good (but could be better). What people should know about this place is that it is inconsistent overall (but I could say the same thing to most fast-​food restuarant). As far as I know, this place doesn’t deserve 1 or 2 star (if it’s about the food). This place deserve 3 stars for doing okay, but should not be over 4 stars unless they make changes. What kind of changes? As stated above, it needs to have consistency, in which, most restuarant lacks.

I like the Angus Beef Chili Cheese Dogs… I get these all the time when I have a cheat day! Jalapeño Poppers are good too!

First time here and I decided to try the chili dog, chili cheese fries, and the regular fries.
The service could have been better. There was no line when we got there, but the cook was the only person there and she couldn’t ring us up so we had to wait for the manager. We also noticed that the cook was not wearing any gloves while making the food and her hands appeared to be wet!
The chili dog and chili cheese fries was WAY too salty! While eating the fries I found something black that was burnt to a crisp. Will not be coming back here.

If i could give no stars i would… this place sucks baaaad! Seriously i took me about 20 min to get my order… so unprofessional and they are soooo slow.

Chili cheese fries & bacon ranch (³⁄₅): Ok
Frozen desert (⁵⁄₅): small dipped cone.
Corn dog: Awesome. It was national Corn dog day and corn dogs were at 50c each.
Burgers: I wasn’t aware they carry burgers too, but they are not great, same reason you should eat burger from an authentic burger place.
Jalapeño poppers (⁵⁄₅): Awesome.
Tuesday: They used to have $ 1 Polish sandwich (with coupon) on Tuesday and this was an awesome deal for some quick fast food! Now its B1G1 which is also good deal.
Drinks:The Mango fizzers is delicious.

Location: Located across the street from the Regal cinemas (The home of Unilocal movie nights last year) and next to El Pollo Loco.
Parking: Ample parking, never crowded
Drive-​thru: Their drive thru is crowded sometimes.
Seating: This doesn’t have indoor seating just like most of the Wienerschnitzel. Just a few outdoor seating, great when the weather is good outside.
Overall a good Wienerschnitzel for some quick dogs, fries, dipped cones etc on the go!

This location of wiener schnitzel is terrible. The people are rude and also the food they serve isn’t even going to make up for how badly they treat you. I went around 8:55 AM. They open around 9:00 AM. I decided to wait outside the restaurant for a good 10 minutes before driving up to the drive through and around 9:05 — 9:10, I went up and they told me that they weren’t open yet. So the lady scolded me off and so after a good 20 minutes, I drive back up around 9:30 and they’re still not going to take my order. I drive past the window and they’re just talking and gossiping, very unprofessionally. No wonder they weren’t ready to take my order, they didn’t give two shits about me and by 9:45, there were 3 people waiting with me and so, around 10:00 AM. they finally open, an hour late I might add, and I ordered my food which was half decent. The cheese on my chili cheese fries weren’t even melted, the fries weren’t even filled enough to fill half of the box, and the chili wasn’t even warm. I decided I would write this review to ward people not to go here, and if you really want to get some Wienerschnitzel, you should go down to the one in Garden Grove on Brookhurst because at least they open on time, have good food, and the service is decent enough for you to come back.

Went to the drive-​thru, the person on the speaker was kind of demanding, wasn’t too friendly. Once I pulled up to the window and gave the person my money, she gave me my change then gave me my order but just handed it to me without looking. So there was no eye contact.
So customer service is poor.
Food wise, I got the corn dogs, and they tasted like if i were to get them in the frozen section at the grocery store. They were decent enough for 5 for $ 5, can’t argue with that I guess.

When I saw that this restaurant had two stars, I immediately thought it would be bad. This being the only nearby Wienerschnitzel, I read what people were complaining about. One thing I noticed was that all negative reviews had nothing to do with the food. Why do people rate a fast food restaurant one star because of bad service?
I took my chance and came here. The service was not exceptional, but it was good. Staff member looked at me and said they’ll be with me shortly. Took maybe 5 minutes, and got my chili cheese fries. The food was really good. Fries were fresh and hot, and the chili cheese was really delicious. THIS BEING THE MOST IMPORTANT PART — THE FOOD — NOT HOW THE CASHIER ADDRESSED ME, WAS GOOD.
These one star reviews are totally unjustified. These are drama queens who were so upset that someone didn’t bow down to them, that they ignored the quality of the food completely and ranted about how indifferent fast food workers were to them. The service wasn’t even bad.
I would definitely come back again.

Very unprofessional here. Horrible service skills. After paying in Cash, they could not open the register! After 10 minutes went by they finally figured out how to ring up the sale (gibbering in a foreign language all the while). They rang up the order wrong, gave me back the wrong amount of change. My chocolate dipped cone looked more like a dog turd than an ice cream cone. The workers here joke and tell stories in thier 4N tounge right in front of you. Very unprofessional and rude.

This place is bad with unprofessional workers. Once I got to the drive-​thru the worker rudely asked for my order like she didn’t even want to take it. Once I got to the window to pay, I paid with what change I had just to get rid of it and the rest on my card. When I got my receipt, she charged the exact total to my card. I then asked her if she charged me on the card and she just laughed it off and gave me back the change as if she didn’t plan on giving it back to me even after she made the mistake. What drew the line was when she asked if I wanted ketchup and I replied lots please. I get the bag, drive off and look in the bag to find that she didn’t put a single packet in. Just all unprofessional. Check your receipts and money when dealing with this location!

This place sucks. The food wasn’t cooked properly and it took them a long time to make my order as well. All I had was two chili dogs and it took 10 minutes and do you know why? I saw the ladies just standing inside just talking and not working. I asked for extra mustard and they gave me just one packet. The workers here are rude when taking your order, unprofessional, and just don’t care about their customers. They gave me dirty napkins and a bag that was ripped. Never. Again. Stay away from this place if you can and find another Wienerschnitzel place that is worth your money.

Who eats corn dogs with ketchup!!! Not me! I specifically asked for extra mustard! I drive off and as I’m pulling out my c. dog, all there was were packages of ketchup!!! GRRRRRR!!! Come on, fast food guy, couldn’t you get that simple request right??? Thanks for ruining my c. dog, having to eat it plain!

What is Wienerschnitzel good for? Corndogs, Coney Dogs, the new Ultimate Double Chili Cheeseburger, and their new Bacon Ranch Chili Cheese Fries. Anything else here is usually… meh.
If you go here to order a Chicago Dog. You fail so badly. They put ketchup on it. Fail. Please go to Portillo’s for that.

The drive thru here is like a combination of a mini golf course hole and one of the kiddie rides at disneyland. It’s this cute little house you literally drive thru. I gotta admit, this is my #2 reason for going here. # 1 — Corndogs. Yum!

Whenever I’m in the mood for a corndog, I’ll stop by this particular Wienerschnitzel. It’s not right around the corner from where I live, but
it’s near where I do laundry and right of the 405, so it’s not too hard to get to.
I like to keep my order simple.
Usually a get The Holy Trinity of Dogs:
Mustard Dog, Chili Dog and Corndog.
No need to fries or anything else. Besides
their frieds are usually super soggy and
too salty for my taste. Usually I’ll get a
drink some place else as they are a Pepsi
product seller.
It’s a fairly decent location, easy to get into, plenty of parking. The exit of the drive through can get a little nuts at times with the traffic that’s trying to turn, but usually nice and let you through.
