Paul was really helpful and gave us excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend this place, they don’t try to make you pay more or lie about their prices and they have a great selection of home goods.

The worst JC penny I have ever been to. Just checking out alone is unbearable. I was near the front of the line when another worker said she’ll take the next 4 people in line at another register and then proceeds to walk off somewhere else leaving me stranded at a longer line than before. I had to wait back in my original line even longer. Avoid this store and save yourself the trouble.

I was trying to avoid annoying my anti Christmas tree, lights etc husband and the long lines at the department stores at Christmas so I ordered online from several places. I had great service at Amazon, Macy’s and some smaller businesses; however, not so with JC Penny. I am patient to a fault and I called each day after the date had well passed for my order to arrive in the store. Every day, it was a new story, a new date, even confirmation numbers given to confirm what was the next plan of action. I finally cancelled everything. Do you know, they still have not refunded me? I will brave the lines next time, even with my ba humbug husband… at least I will get my stuff right away!

Alex Neptune, Decorator Consultant from JC Penny in Westminster came out to my home and worked with me to get window treatments for my master bedroom and the sliding doors in the living room. She knew just what would look the best. I am thrilled with the plantation shutters that we decided on. I love them. I have received lots of compliments on them. I will be contacting her to do the rest of my home. I was pleased with her service. she came into my home and she was professional and knew exactly what would look best in my home.
