I am a Marble Slab girl all the way and am VERY excited to discover them in Colorado. After two days of TRYING to get Marble Slab, first day I tried the directions and couldn’t get there because of the crappy app directions and second day I arrived at 10:30am when they didn’t open until noon. I am just happy today I was able to stock up on my ice cream :-) Think Cold Stone Creamery 1000x BETTER! My personal favorite is vanilla and coffee mixed. Their strawberry shortcakes are also to die for! Ice cream is 5-star but they get a star deducted for not opening until 3pm during the week and noon on the weekends. Girls working there were SUPER friendly! I took advantage of their buy two get one quart free and I will be back as soon as my 3 quarts are eaten!

Great ice cream, great toppings, unbelievably helpful staff, this place rocks. I was looking at Coldstone because I saw a write up stating they offered mobile marbel slabs for parties. Turns out they don’t offer that service in Colorado… Yaaay Coldstone — because of that I found Marble Slab! As the previous review said, I like Marble Slab place better than Coldstone and their staff is the best! They showed up for the event, got set up, and bent over backwards to make everything perfect for the guests. I seriously could not have asked for anything more and the tip I happily gave them reflected that. I“m not sure this address is the same location, but the one I know is in Westminster at the Promenade. For an added benefit(not that you need it with this place), you can add a candy buffet and let people get their ice cream mixed on the mobile slab then gravitate to the candy buffet to further calroify their dessert. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Give them a try! And when you do, be sure to tell them I(and Coldstone…) sent you!

I’ve loved Marble Slab Creamery ever since they opened a location in my hometown years ago. They likely have the best ice cream on the face of the earth. OK, maybe that’s an exaggeration, but they are 1000x better than Coldstone. Marble Slab’s ice cream has a more substantial flavor and isn’t so soft & melty as Coldstone’s. It also just tastes fresher. I highly recommend either the Swiss Chocolate or Double Dark Chocolate(chocoholic here) ice cream with mini marshmallows(sounds weird, tastes delicious). My husband tends to like the sweet cream ice cream with strawberries. When we visited Marble Slab I believe we were waited on by the manager or owner(not sure) who was fairly nice. The location didn’t seem very busy when we went, but hopefully it’ll stay open because I believe it’s the closest one to us(we’re in Boulder) and I’d hate to see it go! Definitely check out this place for some incredibly tasty ice cream!
