if I could give more stars, I would. I originally heard about this place when I attended a women’s self defense with a friend. the instructor was informative and we went through drills from knowing your surroundings to what is an effective/safe way to defend yourself. i enrolled my little brother, who has autism, for his extra energy and he loves it. they are patient with him and channeled his energy in a positive way. we have seen a change in him. he’s not as angry and has a routine that he looks forward to. the instructors are attentive to their students and you can see the love they put into their lessons. the kids love them and listen when class starts. i highly recommend this place for all ages. you will not be disappointed.

Let’s start off with, I’ve always been SKEPTICAL with Taekwondo places. Most of the time you pay the school, your child attends and you see them lunch kick etc. So basically they learn to fight instead of brawl. However, since my child attend Tom Vo Taekwondo, he’s learn respect, courtesy, self control, anti bully, and how to defend himself and not be a victim. I haven’t heard of a school that has gone to that extent to teach their students to do better in school and life. They do homework, which is unheard of for a Taekwondo school. The homework they do is chores that they would do at home, or doing something good at school. Your child receive recognition for what they do at their normal school, and at home at Taekwondo. This school builds their self esteem not break them. The instructors spends their time on your child, teaching them values and tools they can use in life. Instructor Thang Le has been my child teacher for the last 2 years and it’s been a great journey. It’s a great school, start them early so they can be strong and start them here.
