We went for drinks and chips… Yep buy one get one free drinks are always a good thing. the service wasn’t what you would expect from a chain like this couldn’t get drinks unless we used the table top touchscreen that looking like people licked them and they were never cleaned. We decided to try the food… BIGMISTAKE everything was cold and tasteless. If you cover the flavor with spices it’s a little better… But he food was awful we had chips, Ok it’s a few moths later just ordered chips and dip to go took 10min and no one was eating for take out. Stay away I will

As a vegetarian, I like that Chili’s offers to sub any protein with a black bean patty. However, that wasn’t the case when I was there on Saturday evening with a friend, who is also a vegetarian. We wanted to order the new smothered burrito, subbing the chicken with a black bean patty. The server asked the manager if it can be done. The manager refused, saying they it was too complicated and they were too busy in the kitchen. I’m sorry, but what is the difference between cooking a chicken breast and a black bean patty? All the steps are the same when it comes to constructing the burrito. I was upset that the Chili’s in Weston, FL wouldn’t accommodate our request. We felt forced to order a burger in which we still subbed the black bean patty. It’s ridiculous. What’s crazy is that our order only took about 5 minutes to get to our table, so I fail to see how busy the kitchen was. In addition to this, the server was MIA most of the evening. I had to sit there with my food getting cold while I waited for him to show up so I could ask for ketchup. I don’t think I’ll be dining at this location again or any location in the near future.

As Chili’s go, this one is a winner– but it’s still Cili’s and that means mediocre food with pleasant service. I took the kids here and they were excited about the endless chips and salsa. I appreciated the 2 for $ 20 menu with a choice of a shared appetizer and 2 main courses. Their idea of Fajitas is somewhat off the mark and meets minimum standards. My Tex-mex salad was quite good. Prices are moderate, service good and the«Ziosk» machine was interesting– helped speed up paying the bill and I really appreciated that

Back again just had the pick the 3(enchilada, taco, and quesadilla). All of them wetter great but I will say the enchilada won. I also had enough“chili rewards” points to get a free lava cake(60 points). Still great overall airworthiness the servers we on point on knowledge, quick to serve and very nice as always.

I’ve been to this location 3 times this week. Came tonight with a group of 14. Had a great time, great food and excellent service!!! Kristy took care of all of us with absolutely no issues. She was professional and sweet and made our dinner even better. Thank you Kristy!!!

*****STARRATINGBASEDONCHANGEOFFAVORITEMENUITEM***** You know when that baby refuses to eat his or peas? Shakes head and squeezes lips together as some sort of barrier from that spoon going in for the landing? That is how I feel/do with the change to the beloved spinach and artichoke dip. «Nope, not happening ma’» Seems outlandish to say, but their spinach and artichoke dip is by far the best I have ever had. No other has been able to come to par. Its creamy, salty, savory, perfect ratio of cheese to spinach to artichoke. And its the ONLY reason why I have dined at Chili’s. Everything on their menu is basically convenience if you don’t want to cook, nothing memorable. Its now called the white spinach queso dip; spinach with melted cheddar and Monterey jack cheese, queso fresco, with cilantro and pico de gallo on top, a small sphere of guac placed inside like a boulder. The spinach was not spread out evenly throughout the skillet, it was literally sinked to the bottom, smacked down in the middle, and portion of it was about 5-chip-dunks. It was pretty pathetic. And there is a strong hint of jalapeños through out the entire dip, and they don’t state that in the menu. Whaaaaa? I’m not favorable on spicy so this deff didn’t sit well with me(no pun intended). Whither didst thee wend big chunks of artichoke? My heart cannot beat without thee. The business overall, I have never had a problem with service, which is why I’m scratching my head at a lot of these reviews that say otherwise. All the servers work super hard for their tips, the food always prepared in a timely manner, even in a full house, and I do like how you can now pay your bill by the«computer» at your table(and even reorder drinks).

I love Chilis. I usually go to the location near my home and have no problem. Since I am house sitting I decided to take the kids to familiar dinner spot. This location is horrible. The air was warm and humid, maybe the AC wasn’t working? The place was completely empty yet it took our waitress almost 10 minutes to even come to our table. The food was fine, really can’t go wrong with kids grilled cheese and what not. Service and atmosphere however were very lacking.

Usually decent service at this location, but this time it was a disappointment. Order was taken in a timely manner. But it went downhill from there. Slow service. No napkins. No silverware. No refill on our soda drinks. Not once did our waitress stop by our table for the usual courtesy follow-up. We had to hail other passing waiters Our cinnamon skillet dessert was overcooked and dry. Hopefully that this was a fluke and perhaps the late time(we got there at 10:00pm so an hour before closing) and not a trend in their performance.

The last time I was at Chili’s was 3 years ago. I happen to be there today again. I never want to go back to Chili’s unless I am dying to eat and they are the only place left with food. Horrible experience. The house margarita was like a regular lemonade. I doubt they put a drop of tequila in it. The fajita was bad. The service was horrible. Maybe the only thing that was not bad was the chips. Not saying salsa. Just the chips. AVOID Chili’s all locations.

Chili’s has gone from my favorite place to my last resort. The waitress was so snobby and rude. I was in a rush, and she asked if we knew about the little ziosk table things. When I told her yes, and that I frequently visit Chili’s, she gave me this disgusting face and told me to pull up the gluten free menu in a very rude tone. She barely came by the table, and my food was completely messed up. By the time she came back to the table, my fiancé finished his meal and I didn’t even start mine. She did take it back to make a fresh one, but by the time she brought it back, it was so late I had to out it in a to go box. Definitely not worth it. Good luck finiding a parking spot as well.

Some friends and I decided to grab a quick bite to eat and this chili’s happened to be the closest place to eat at the time. I read the reviews which were mixed but I went in there with an open mind. Parking wasn’t to bad but the restaurant had no open table so we sat by the bar area. The waiter was waiting like four table and trying to service all of them at once. Half of the time I did not know if he was talking to us or the table next to us. The food was poorly cooked at prepared. I ordered the Margarita grilled chicken which I always order at other chili’s and it wasn’t good. The beans were very watery and the chicken wasn’t seasoned. My friend ordered the chicken tacos and he said the chicken tasted stale. I would never go back or recommend it to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The girls here are amazingly personable and have an excellent work ethic. As far as the food goes it’s Chili’s… I come for the drink specials, appetizers and FOOTBALL!

Slow service. Food came out cold, they did not even get the order right. I come here from time to time with my wife and although we are not too picky we rarely leave without a complain.

Wow had a great time at the Chili’s in Weston we celebrated my nephews bday because we went to Pembroke Lakes. I went with my husband and my son and also half of the family. We went with a party of nineteen but one of the workers set up the tables very quickly even when the place was juiced there was a 50 minute wait but we only waited for like 10 minutes. Our Waitress Daniela was really nice and would always I keep checking on us if everything was alright. My Big Mouth Bites with Onion Strips and Fries were delicious the appetizer we ordered was delicious as well as the molten chocolate lava cake I will come back to this location hungry for more

The cleanest Chilis around. It’s in a great area and never had a problem with the food! I wish the two for twenty was a little larger but I know that is out of their control. I would go again

Food is average. Similar to TGI Fridays, but ten times better than Applebees. They’ve made an effort renovate their menu. Their fajitas are probably the best out of the restaurants I’ve mentioned in this comment. Always good for 2×1 drinks.

Awesome place! Friendly staff and delicious food. We love the tablets on each of the tables. It has the menu & fun apps for kids to play on it! When we arrived there weren’t many people in the restaurant, so the server brought each of my 3 kids a tablet to play with. They had so much fun! My hubby and I were able to actually enjoy the food along with conversation. I had the sour cream enchiladas. The plate was spicy and delicious. We will definitely be coming back!

YUCK. YUCK. YUCK. I hate Chilis. All of them, not just this location. The place is loud. Service poor and the food is mass produced, microwaved crap-on-a-plate.

Flaw in service design. Friendly waiter or waitress, take and places your order. A kitchen server brings out your food. If something falls between the cracks, your waitress doesn’t notice cause she isn’t going back until she tries to sell you on dessert! Communications breakdown!
