Évaluation du lieu : 1 Weston, FL
Note: This review was initially composed in July 2015. I think I was too angry and didn’t want to post right away. Then I forgot. I’ve given it another read and what follows is an honest, accurate account of our experience. I want to share so that renters can beware. i’m not one to jump on here and throw negative reviews around lightly but the level of incompetency in the mgmt here is ridiculous. My boyfriend was set up to move in to an apt here, having fallen in love with the location — which really is great. But that’s where anything great ends. On the previously agreed to(with multiple emails and documents) «move in date» we show up with a truck load full of boxes, go in to pick up keys and are told the move in date has been changed to 4 days later!?! This was the first he was hearing of this to which Sharon responded that she had left him a voicemail. Nope. Lies. No phone calls or voicemails regarding the move in date were ever received. So she starts off by insinuating he’s lying. Good start. He asked for some concession given the fact he’d be losing money on movers that were scheduled for the very next day, electric that was turning on that day, cable installation a couple days later, friends we had asked to help out, the many things that go into a move. She seemed to care less. She made two calls to her manager«on her day off» and refused to call after that, yet she was powerless to make anything happen that might start to accommodate the situation. Instead, she said for him to come back Mon so the mgr«would see what could be done.» He speaks with the mgr on Mon. I’m laughing now it’s so ridiculous. And she says the move in date has been pushed AGAIN. This time bc the apt is infested and it’ll take 2 weeks to clear out! Oh man, infested with what you might ask. She DIDNTKNOW! Or wasn’t saying. Either way, that was definitely the straw that broke the camels back. So after agreeing to cancel the existing agreements(which they had already violated anyway, gee thanks) it’ll be probably 10 days before he sees a refund of monies paid to this point. Not helpful when he’s trying to get into another apartment NOW. But at least we won’t have to worry about the hassle of this place ever again. Ridiculous. Don’t be lured in by the decent(but small) pool and the nice park across the lake. You get what you pay for here. Worth it to go elsewhere in Weston.
