They have vastly improved over the past several months. I come here after 9pm and the fries are always crispy, and the staff always super friendly. This is now my go to Mickey D’s when I treat myself to a calorie splurge. ***Would give them a 5 but the burgers are still not as good as I’ve tasted them in some bustling NY McD’s franchises. And they have the AC up so high the food gets cold before you are halfway through your meal.

They finally got another fryer and now serve hash browns after 10:30 even though they claim to have breakfast all day. The girl at the counter was good last at my last visit. Drive through can be problematic, I have left out of frustration when placing my order. French fries can be hit or miss… are always soggy but the last time I came at night they were on point. I used to go out of my way to go to another location, I will try here another few times and update if there are changes.

No hash browns after 10:30 even though they claim to have breakfast all day. Cashier claims that it’s because they only have one fryer. Which is absurd cuz their French fries are always soggy when I do order them. Go to another location.

I don’t expect much from McDonald’s, I’ve never reviewed a fast food joint, again because I have low expectations. That said, the speed of service here is unacceptable.
I go to McDonald’s when all other food choices aren’t logistically feasible so I have one expectation; a relatively fast drive through line. This place doesn’t deliver, and I don’t mean that they’ve let me down once but several times. The servers seem to respond in extremes, either oblivious to your long wait or super apologetic but it’s not enough add again, my one expectation of McEvil is efficiency.

gross … greasy… full of GMOs … rude staff. Would not recommend this Mcdonalds to anyone. If you are vegetarian do NOT get the fries they are made with bacon grease. This place is dirty.

I must say that I am not sure if I should rate this McDonald’s 5 stars or 1 like I am doing, the reason for this is that this must be the worst McDonald’s I have ever been in or through in my life but on the other hand it was so bad that I promised to my self never to step foot on another McDonald’s ever! thus actually being great for my health!

5 stars? JUST KIDDING!!! hahahaha. No way. I used to work at this exact dump. When Brenda owned it. I was just talking about this with my brother today actually. lol. She would always complain when we, employee’s, would drink the O.J., «that’s not from concentrate!». Oh… and the cheese, «that aint no government cheese, better not be givin’ away that cheese». or something like that. This was my very first job. Oh how excited I was at the prime young age of 15. Waking up at 4:30am. I know they were breaking some kind of child labor laws. Oh the joys of working for a Fortune 100 company. No time and half on holidays, no PT benefits, an All American Meal as a free meal (doesn’t come with cheese) aka the shittiest meal on the menu. They don’t even make it anymore.

Remember when McDonalds was fast food? Not anymore, I think they have forgotten what business they are in. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers, apple pie and a drink. Over 10 minutes later and I had my food. So much for fast food.
I think they are trying to do too much and have too many items on their menu. You see restaurants start with a simple menu, core items that they do well on. Then they start adding items, breakfast, open more hours and before long the experience of fast food is gone and you cannot get a quick meal.

I have to give it to these people for dealing with me at 3 in the morning after I leave Miami. Very polite and very patient.

Even compared to other McDonald’s this is the worst. They are the only option open late or around and take advantage of it. This place has a much higher rate of order errors and much longer wait times compared to the other 2 McDonald’s. Normally I could care less about reviewing a fast food place, but this one repeatedly disappoints me, and like an abusive relationship I keep coming back because it’s all I know. If this place didn’t have a monopoly on the area (with no new zoning for fast food restaurants) they would’be been out of business years ago.

Drive Thru always have problems with orders. Anyway is the only mc donalds in the area.
