The store is no longer exist. The customer service is horrible. All Michele cares is putting a deposit into her account rather than making a cake you desire. It is a rip off. Never go back there for sure.

Unilocal* needs a sixth star, one that each reviewer can deploy only on rare occasions. This would be one! Not sure what you want or what you can get for your budget — they guide you! Not sure how your idea will look in cake — they guide you! Not sure if something THATAMAZING will taste good — ITDOES!!! Not sure if you’ll be a repeat customer? You’ll be inventing occasions to celebrate just as an excuse to come back for more!!!(I’m trying to think of one now) One piece of advice — don’t wait until days before your event to order from them, they are the best in the area and often max out their bandwidth. Ask for Michelle(the owner) and tell her The King sent you(inside joke, but will get you a huge smile and extra extra special attention) ps I rated $$ because comparatively they are, in my experience, in line with pricing from similar(yet inferior) places. But be prepared to pay for your piece of edible art — and be prepared to feel you got your money’s worth!

It is a terrible thing to have to do but unfortunately this bakery has progressively gotten worse in customer friendliness. Quality is retained to a degree but the requirements to make this a reasonable option for a cake are nearly impossible, shy of a very special occasion. Unfortunately I’d forego it for that option at this point too as the inability to attend to customer desires and general approach to retaining a customer is a mess. Look around, there are many other options out there with great quality and much better ability to meet a customer where they are at!

Possible one of the worst experiences I have ever had in dealing with another business. I called in ahead to find out some details about ordering a cake for a birthday party. Michelle, who I later found out was the owner, is perhaps one of the most unfriendly arrogant people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Later when I met her in person she was just as unfriendly and miserable as she was on the phone. The cake came out subpar and the taste was awful. Skip this place over and you’ll save yourself both $$ and disappointment.

Ordered an oversized chocolate chip cookie for my father in laws birthday party, the cookie cost around $ 50. I was so excited to bring it to his party since he is a major chocolate cookie fanatic. The cookie was horrible. It was so disappointing and I was extremely embarrassed. No one at the party ate it and we wound up throwing it out. I called CakeSuite to complain and let them know the cookie was inedible and had a funny taste. They didn’t apologize and then called me back to say that they had left over batter, cooked it, and it was delicious. Really? I guess the 16 people at the party don’t know what a delicious cookie tastes like. They are really arrogant! Never use again. Mrs Fields would have been better, and cheaper.

Oh, I felt angels dancing around my head and fairies smiling at my feet as I bit into each scrumptious morsel of my sweet little cupcakes. Wish this place offered more carry out options — they are primarily a made to order type of place, but they have a nice variety of cupcakes daily. Yesterday, they had about 6 different options ranging from vanilla with chocolate frosting to almond joy to coconut. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE support them. They are the only good cupcakes I know about in Fairfield County. And Crumbs is consciously omitted from this comment.

We had CakeSuite create my baby shower cake. I wish I could show you the photo because the cake was very cute. It was not remarkable in any way, but it was sweet. The low rating was for the flavor. Everyone was disappointed in the taste, which of course made me regret spending her(quite high) fee.

Michelle of CakeSuite did an amazing job creating an unforgettable first birthday cake for our little girl. She was a breeze to work with, had great ideas and delivered a fantastic cake that had all of our guests oohing and awwing. I would recommend her cakes and CakeSuite to anyone.

I used Cake Suite to create my cake for my Wedding Dinner and I am so glad I did. First of all, the cake was designed beautifully and tastefully. All parts of the cake were edible. The flavor of the cake was amazing. I opted for chocolate with mocha buttercream and white buttercream on the outside. The cake was DELICIOUS. The buttercream was not too sweet and certainly not tasteless. Everyone at the dinner was raving about how good it was. Michelle was a pleasure to work with and the location was so convenient to my home. I would DEFINITELY reccommend this place for parties or weddings. It is not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for and it was worth it!

CakeSuite and Michelle provided our girl with one of the coolest cakes ever. That is if you define cool by a Barney cake. The design, order process, and service exceeded all of our expectations. My sister is a pastry chef and she was even impressed with the way, even with all the fondant decorations, the cake tasted. We will certainly recommend this spot for anyone looking for first class service, design, and taste in their cake experience.

Michelle and her team created a beautiful cake for my parents surprise 25th anniversary. They were totally surprised when they found out the pointsetta flowers on the cake were edible! The team at CakeSuite are professional and talented, when I was in there picking up my cake they were making a life size dog cake which was unbelievable! I would highly recommended them and use them in the future
