On July 172015 I bought a cotton tunic with embellishment on neck sleeves & hem. I wore it 3 times & washed it twice by hand. The third time I wore it was early September. When I put it on I noticed a hole on the right elbow. I didn’t think much of it, since it was on the elbow. As I was going out I didn’t have time to change, but by the end of the day the shirt developed holes everywhere. I took it back to the Westport Store & they told me there was nothing they could do, but if I wanted another one I would have to buy one. I was shocked!!! What business doesn’t take back an item that clearly was defective. These clothes are expensive, even buying it on sale. I will never buy anything at this establishment & have told all my clients & friends the lack of Customer Service at Calypso. I think this company needs to rethink their return policy. I have never heard of anything like this before. I worked for a retailer many years ago and men would bring back suits that were 20 years old because they didn’t wear well & the suit was replaced. Now do I believe after 20 years an article of clothing should be replaced, no, but after two months I believe it should have been replaced. Awful, Awful, Awful!!!
