After a bad customer service experience 6 months ago I tried to give them another chance. Unfortunately the experience was no better. In this case two strikes there out and I will take my business elsewhere. Disappointing as I’ve been going here over 15 years. Service isn’t what it was not too long ago. I miss Lenore. She knew her stuff and how the customer is always right.

Pros: A great lingerie Store!
Ask for Paulette she is very honest
Nice upscale bathing suit and cover-up collection
Great bra department and patient fitting specialists
They carry Wolford (a Fav of mine)
Cons: No easily accessible mirror to see your back view
Underwear selection a little sparse
In the way of thongs. They have Hanky Panky ;which you can buy anywhere, Spanx
and another couture brand that can be upwards of 100.00 per pair
Careful :Crumbs is practically next door

2^nd Time Was A Charm!
So this is 2 whole years later, and an absolutely different experience. I went in thinking that everyone deserves a second chance, and I am so glad I did.
The person who helped me was so helpful, nice, and tons of fun. She understood my style right away and brought a few additional things when I was getting dressed, almost all of which were a hit. I bought quite a few things.
I went buy 2 days later to return something, wondering if once I was there to return rather than spend, the attitude would come back. Nope, there were 2 women helping me this time, and they were both just as nice, smiling, helpful. I ended up exchanging and even purchasing a bit more.
I asked if they had changed management since the last time I was there, and the answer was no. I told the very nice salespersons about my previous experience, and they were horrified.
I am glad I gave them a second chance, and will shop there again.

So if you didn’t realize, it’s an expensive place. But it has good quality and the staff knows there stuff. It has bathing suits for those of us with a larger bust and it has every size possible. This is a real Westport store. The bathing suits, bras, lingerie and nightwear is beautiful and worth it.
The staff is a touch old fashioned but they are lovely. Don’t let others judge or you though. Go in for yourself!
