I have been going to Coco Westport for a number of years because my parents live around the corner. My father loves this place and they are always so kind to him. I can always count on a great massage to solve my tight neck and sore feet from sports. I just tried their mani/pedi and they took time to give me an excellent reflexology. It is always clean, professional service and such nice people. I highly recommend them.

Think a lot of the reviews have confused Coco Spa in Westport with the Coco Nail Spa in Greenwich /Rye(probably because the website link on Unilocal points you to the wrong business). Coco Spa in Westport is the full service, massage /facial /acupressure /etc. spa(also does nails, but that’s not the primary service). No affiliation. The massages are amazing. Definitely the best value around, at $ 130 – 150 for 90 minutes. The facilities are great — nice rooms and beds, hot towels, etc. But the best thing about their massages is that their masseuses really work out all the knots — if you like a strong massage, not just some light rubbing in oil, that really makes you feel better /more flexible when done, this is the only place I’ve found in Connecticut to go. The reflexology is also great — I’ve been doing weekly leg/foot massages in their hot soaking pedicure tubs throughout my third trimester of pregnancy and it’s the only thing relieving the swelling and pain. Facials here are terrific — really improve the quality of your skin over time, reducing redness and improving clarity. They’re very thorough about extractions and aren’t pushy about products. I have very sensitive skin and have never had a bad reaction. Great place for events as they have a lot of rooms, and the bank of seats for pedicures is both comfy and a great place to chat. They also have a private room with some great recliners and they’ll do chair massages and foot soaks in there. Overall, a great spa and a great value.

Nice interior, the staff pushed me into getting a service that I did not want. The nail work is not good. Will never go there again

The massage at coco spa is consistently excellent. The masseuses don’t just go through a static routine, but pay attention to tension in your body, work the pressure points, etc. i consistently walk out feeling energized, standing up straight and with less pain. Can’t comment on the nail salon.

wow… what a disappointment. I had a groupon wich I paid 99.00 for and was«supposed» to be valued at 200.00! yea right! The sevice was for a 60min massage, mani and pedi… Sorry Coco, but a mani is 12.00,pedi is 25.00,60 min massage 80… so that brings the value to 117.00!!! false advertising. Lucy did a great massage… But the mani/pedi was below mediocre Liz

The facilities look amazing, TVs, comfortable pedicure chairs. However the skill of the technicians is sub-par. Pedi less than mediocre. According to the staff, their popular service is facials. They were friendly. However, I won’t return.
