Sabita Holistic Center

Sabita is the best! I’ve been going to her on an off for about 10 years, and she continues to amaze me. I had a massage yesterday, and slept better last night than I have in months. My back is finally not hurting and I feel terrific today.
Hooray for Sabita!

I was pleasantly surprised to find someone in Fairfield County who was so knowledgeable, Holistic, aware, tuned-​in and talented to provide me with a Lymphatic Drainage Massage. I love her space because it’s the antithesis of «slick». It’s earthy, friendly, inviting, familiar and clean but not «sterile». When you speak «with» Sabita, you feel like you’re speaking with a person who’s listening to you and interested in you, not that you’re a «paying client». I can be silent and just relax and enjoy the massage or we engage in conversation. I feel comfortable enough to just let things be. I feel that I’m being healed when Sabita is working on me and her nurturing nature inspires me to actually perform the homework tasks she requests I do to help with my restorative process.
I highly recommend Sabita if you want the real deal. I have plans to see her on a regular basis.

This place is AMAZING! Sabita and all her co-​workers are delightful, and you will feel FABULOUS when you leave. I’ve had a knot in my back for two months, and after seeing Sabita this morning, it is gone gone gone. You really have to try it.

Hidden in plain view, this spot seems like a well kept secret. Small and simple, bright and clean, quiet and inspiring. The space — despite its very close proximity to the Post Road and a consignment shop — seems to rise above the noise, haste and clutter. It was a perfect Saturday morning retreat.
I had an aromatherapy session with Sabita and found her to be engaging, thoughtful and incredibly savvy. Above all, she takes pride in her practice and has a deep respect for the individuals she works with. It is also quickly apparent that her warmth and humor are merely the top notes of a very intelligent, driven and skilled individual.
I walked out with a vial of personalized perfume (lime and rose! such a surprise!) and a strong desire to return. This is sure to be a frequent stop on my path to wellness.

What a gem. This place is really amazing. Sabita and her staff are wonderful, and the quality of the massages I’ve received is unparalleled. It is so refreshing to get a massage from someone who knows how the body’s systems all work together and uses that knowledge to help people through massage. Sabita’s intuition and expertise on how the muscle groups are interconnected, etc. is remarkable. She is able to pinpoint and address physical issues I didn’t know I had before I walked in! This is my go-​to place now. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

Sabita Holistic Center is an incredible place. I have never had such relief from a visit with any practitioner — I felt listened to, cared for, and supported each time I was there. They offer student rates, and have a variety of services available. I thought I’d had a deep tissue massage before, but was totally wrong — a massage from Sabita will leave you wanting to return again as soon as possible. There is tea, water, relaxing ambiance, and an always-​friendly staff always there. They’ve just started accepting insurance, so check out what your massage and acupuncture coverage is, and head on over! I’m going back again next week :)
