There are very few people who are blessed with the right combination of knowledge and capable hands. Frank embodies both. I’ve always found massage to be hit or miss. Not with Frank. His knowledge and experience have helped me heal from a shoulder injury and many exercise related stresses.
He’s thoughtful and a great listener.
Treat yourself to this. Your body will thank you.

I went back on 5⁄30 for a 90 minutes massage. I wanted to see if it was as good as the first time. It was BETTER! I went in with some major issues, asthma (due to allergy) that was not responding to my inhaler, neck stiffness (from having a hard time breathing), upper back tightness, shoulder soreness (from heavy cleaning), lower back tweaked, and hamstring tightness.
Frank not only worked each area thoroughly, my asthma also subsided. I was breathing better than before I had the asthma episode! I cannot wait to go back! Highly recommended!
