Decent selection of furniture, art, smaller items, and a lot of outdoor furniture(a lot of junk mixed in with a few good finds). The place is PILEDHIGH with stuff, which is cool, but also makes it difficult to see/shop. There were two men on staff that were helpful. The two women that seemed to run the place, however, were awful. Not only were they unfriendly, but I was there with my family and heard them talking about us over the phone, in a condescending manner something to the extent of «yes we have some people in the store buying some little things, it’s better than nothing I suppose.» I’ll happily buy my «little things» elsewhere, thanks. Also, these people weren’t willing to bargain or negotiate on ANYTHING.

Love this place! We have been buying fabulous pieces here for years. Eclectic styles, better end brands/style, real wood/Pine, recognized brands like Pottery Barn. Cottage & lawn furniture section outside. Prices go down each month. Great service. They will deliver for a fee too!

There is the good and the bad at FOC, but the good definitely outweighs the bad. The Bad: There is an overwhelming amount of items, often stacked or otherwise inaccessible. The price tags have also fallen off a fair amount of items. The Good: FOC is a gold mine. If you put the effort into looking through everything, you will find that one magical piece at a great price. FOC is always full of staff who are more than willing to help you find a piece based on your description(they know the inventory by heart) or rearrange the furniture so you can get a better look at something. Overall, for the person who can’t bring themselves to fill their home with Ikea furniture, but also can’t afford to frequent Restoration Hardware, this is the perfect location.

It’s possible to find good deals here but you have to know what you’re buying. Item’s origins and values are sometimes misrepresented. Still, they will dicker with you, so it can be worth the trip. On the down side, furniture is stacked high and it is difficult to see everything. On the up side, the staff is helpful and willing to pull items out if you want a better look.
