How is it possible to have service this bad? I honestly think that the only business this dump gets is when the McDonald’s across the street is too busy. It manages to be excruciatingly slow, even when you’re the only customer. They will get your order wrong half the time, the other half it’s haphazardly thrown together with little to no condiments. The staff is either disinterested, or goofing around amongst themselves instead of working. It’s often dirty. More than once, they’ve asked me to leave the drive-thru and park on the simplest of orders(like a hamburger). And even though they have virtually no customers, they frequently run out of food. I thought dumps like this only existed on television, like Mel’s Diner and Barth’s Burgers. Just today, I ordered a sausage biscuit. It was still early and not busy at all. They had run out of biscuits and I would have to wait 15 minutes. She asked if I would like a croissant instead. I obliged. I get to my car and it’s not even a sausage croissant, it’s a ham and cheese. When I finally get what I ordered, the sausage is burnt. Of course, this is typical of this Burger King. Maybe I’m like those kids at Barth’s Burgers from You Can’t Do That On Television, because I swear that I’ll never return but I always do. Perhaps some kindly psychiatrist can attach electrodes to my testicles and use shock therapy to correct this. This place has no redeeming value. Even the meal you get will quickly run through your vengeful bowels and you will be left dissatisfied and poorer. If they ever adapt Dante’s Inferno to the modern times, the sign leading into Hell will not read«Abandon all hope, ye who enter here.» It will simply read: Burger King.

It’s fast food, so it’s pretty awful from the jump. The drive thru is painfully slow. You always have to pull up because nothing you order, no matter what it is, is going to be ready. And they will forget about you. The last two times I went through the drive through, they have me the complete wrong order. I stopped going. Drive a little further down to Wendy’s or Sonic if you MUST have fast food.

I finally found a restaurant that perturbed me as much as the Wendy’s in Avondale. Drive-thru the one and only time. Never again. Very frustrated with them. Reasons to go: 1) There are none. 2) If you go here after reading the reasons to avoid section, than your experience is on you. Reasons to avoid: 1) When you go to BK you expect the same food as anywhere else at a minimum. Not here. The food was pretty bad. 2) The order was absolutely wrong. I ordered 2 different combos, no substitutions, nothing special except add cheese on the fish sandwich. The drinks were the wrong flavor, but correct size. Who wants a super large of a drink you hate?! Nobody. They missed putting the cheese on the sandwich and the nuggets were wrong :( 3) The people. They hate their job and they probably hate you. Could be wrong but most peoples action match their beliefs, not their words. –Terrible. Smh. Note the added photo. Has anyone ever gone here and not had to drive around and wait in the parking lot for them to bring the food out to your car for whatever reason? What about being told that the shake mAchine is broken every time u go there? For some reason, I go there and always forget about what happens the times before again and again. I went to another location a few weeks ago and decided to get a shake, and low and behold, the machine was not working! I hate burger king now because of the waiting in the parking lot BS and the broken shake machines.

I often wonder why I review fast food establishments. One thing about these places is that they strive for uniformity with all other locations in their chain. I guess I review them to comment on the service and anything out of the ordinary(good or bad). I have been to this location several times after events at the Alario center. Each time I the staff were above average as was their food product. In a world where chains strive for uniformity, this location stands out.
