Cvs/Pharmacy

I really like this CVS it stocked and brightly lite. It used to be drab and dark but it was revamped. You can pretty much find anything your looking for. I like the new CVS GOLD Emblem line of snacks they carry. Usually get the peanut butter filled pretzels and the lightly salted cashews for my desk drawer at work. I have only used the pharmacy twice but both times they were pretty quick filling my prescription. Plus, this location is right next to Starbucks… Happy Dance!

First off the revamped store is amazing. It’s no longer a wasteland of a pharmacy store but a light and bright place to shop.
The pharmacy section though is still a work in progress. It is painfully understaffed and the staff there is worked to the bone because of it. Lines are always super long regardless of what time or day you arrive and sometimes they can’t locate your prescription.
Also the ready-​fill program while great in theory has over filled me on more than one occasion. Not sure what I’m going to do with over 500 tablets of something. And speaking things that are great in theory the reminder calls… I sometimes feel like I’m being harassed as sometimes I do need them yet other times I can’t get there and they call three times a day!

I’ve used a lot of CVS pharmacies, but this is the worst. For the second time in a row, I dropped off a prescription for a common med, was told it’d be ready in an hour, and then got a call a few minutes later about the pharmacy being out of the drug but probably having it ready sometime tomorrow — all without the hint of an apology. They also have a lot of trouble with online orders, as in never getting them.
