I am so fed up with this place, 9 out of 10 there is food missing on our take out. Venesa the Manager –the one-​taking our order this last time and the one that forgot our items said only «sorry for the inconvenience we were busy» Busy? there were only us here. And 8 of you in the back and some of you busy, yes but on your phones.
Well We got tired of coming back twice to get all of our order correctly. Im not coming back.

update 5⁄30 325pm — i applaud the gentleman working today. class act and ASSET to kfc, and if i owned my own business i would be proud to employ him. unaware of name, black, glasses, blue shirt. friendly, attentive, etc. (receipt said SHA, dont know if that was his register or not)

I haven’t been to a KFC in years… now I remember why. The food was horrendous, and not even my drink order was correct. Didn’t even make it through half of my sandwich. Couldn’t stand how gross and old it tasted.
