I write this as I have been waiting here for an hour and 15 minutes since we placed our order for 18 boneless wings. 30 minutes ago our waiter said they would get us a refill on our waters. Will not be returning here again. Ready to walk out without my food.

Worst service ever. Not one to complain but EVERY time I have been there it takes forever for everything to come out, a quick dinner turns into 2 hours… which considering how dead it was in there is just unacceptable waitresses need to start focusing on better time management instead of lala gagging doing nothing. I gave this place a couple trys just can’t do it. Will not be back ever again.

We went twice, once on a week day around dinner and once on a unscripted college football Saturday afternoon. Both times we waited more than an hour for our food. Both times we ordered wings as an appetizer. Once, we got them with our meal, after reminding our serve. The other time, even after reminding our server, we never got them at all. Which is unfortunate, because the wings were the reason we went there in the first place. Really, comically bad.

Went for lunch today and hostess and waiter were great. Lunch was great. We hadn’t been before and wanted something simple and not overwhelming. Very pleased so had to give a review. We had wings and a salad. We will go back for sure!

I had a buffalo wrap and it was good enough but nothing spectacular to come back for. I will say the waitress was super nice and attentive so she got a very nice tip for a very quick dinner. My son ate zero food but loved how the chocolate milk was free refills :-)

My husband ate here last weekend and was very impressed. That gave him a craving for wings, so we came here on Wednesday night. They definitely weren’t on the ball, maybe because it’s not a busy time for them. The wings came out before our appetizers; they forgot my salad(and were very apologetic); they didn’t give us any napkins until we asked. I ordered spinach dip, which ended up being remarkably bad– and it’s hard to make spinach artichoke dip bad! Everyone was nice and friendly, but they just were not on top of the basics.

I have no complaints! The food came out really quick(nice and hot) and it was very tasty. Our waitress was beyond friendly, and the manager was taking great care of us as well! There are tons of TVs, the restaurant is spacious and clean. I don’t see why anyone could complain!

I am not a fan of Buffalo Wild West, I keep giving it a chance albeit I just can’t do it! The wings are NOT good! Came here for a trivia night recently which was a good time although I’ll never understand the incessant sports questioning. I was asked if I wanted the wings dry or wet? I came to decide on wet wings, they came out cold, yet lathered in a buffalo sauce that looked like it had been sitting out for a while and the butter congealed because some of it was«wet» and some of it looked like it had sat in room temperature for far too long. The wings here are smaller than my pinky nail, do you remember that skit with Will Ferrell on SNL where he pulls out that really really small flip phone? Well imagine that but with a «wet» wing. To accompany my small wild wing I chose a margarita to wash it all down with. The sour mix is pure sugar cane syrup, and the salt, which you would normally find on a super pretzel on the rim was halfway down the glass by the time it made it over to me. But I wanted salt so I proceeded to lick half the glass in order to get my salt, plus I needed to cut the sugar overload I was getting with each sip. By the end of my dining experience I was wired from the sugar and heartburn from my wet congealed wing. My compatriot had the naked tenders, plain and simple, looked far more appetizing. The saving grace to the whole experience was our server, who on that night was given a crazy name tag of «Jacqqqueeeeiieieieie» or something of the like. Jackeieiiere was very friendly, made sure we were all set and happy and enjoying our stay at Buffalo Bill’s Wild Wing Party.

It’s hard to mess up chicken wings, and fries which is what keeps my BF& I coming back everytime. But what absolutely sucks about this place is the staff. We stood at the door for 10 minutes before the host threw menus on a table came back & pointed across the restaurant saying«your tables over there»… Um? You don’t know how to walk someone to there table? Then our waitress insisted on telling my BF the flavor he wanted wasn’t available when he’s ordered it before, & proceeds by arguing with us. Not that I believe the customer is always right but seriously you’re arguing with us & then telling us we’re stupid bcos they’re the same flavors when clearly they aren’t. This place needs to fire every server here & start over bcos the staff is just shit.

This one is awful! I know it’s a wing place but how can you mess up a salad. My salad was literally swimming in the dressing and they included dressing on the side… was this some kind of cruel joke? Other people’s orders didn’t have the correct number of wings — somebody is messing up in Wethersfield…

On behalf of my friend Alphonso McGriff III, This place manager was very rude and aggressive RUDE and down right disrespectful and very loud for no reason other than wanting to be seated at a booth while he waited for his other two guess to arrive was told that he couldn’t get a booth and then was told that he could leave if he didn’t accept the seats that he chose for them. Down right rude oh don’t let me forget this one booths are for 4 or more people Bullshit I say I’ve gone there alone and got a booth. Mr. Zelwickie was plain rude disrespectful and most of all a liar.

Came here for lunch during work today. I have a dairy and egg intolerance, so I usually like to look up the menu ahead of time but I forgot my phone so I had to figure it out at the restaurant. I let the waitress know that I have a dairy and egg intolerance before ordering. I asked her if the wings might have any eggs in the breading. She told me to stay away from the boneless wings because they’re breaded, and the traditional wings are fine since they’re just fried with the skin. Fine, I ordered traditional wings. I asked if there is dairy or eggs in any of the sauces, and she said only to avoid the Parmesan Garlic sauce. So I ordered mild wing sauce. The wings were delicious, but on the drive home I started getting a headache. When I finally got back to my phone, I went online and found the allergen list for the restaurant. Everything the waitress told me was wrong. The boneless wings have no eggs, and at least half of the sauces have dairy and/or egg ingredients, including the mild wing sauce that I ordered. Now I have a migraine. Wethersfield Buffalo Wild Wings gets 2 stars only because the wings were good. However, the waitress was completely unknowledgeable. If I had a severe allergy, my meal could have been detrimental. I will not be coming back here or recommending this place to friends.

More gifts cards… more take out. I was excited to do online ordering, but it didn’t help. Happy they have a black bean burger option, and it could have been fine if the edges weren’t burnt to a crisp, and they forgot the lettuce, tomato, onion. The bun was fine. They also forgot my side veggie boat. I requested jerk sauce, which was good even if it didn’t taste too much like jerk. My husband said his burger was way over done, but he ate it. His mantra for the meal was«we didn’t pay for it.» The fries were skinny and dull. We also got the Honey BBQ chicken salad, which was basically a giant bowl of greens… a few shreds of cheese, a negligible smattering of «pico de gallo,» and 4 skimpy shreds of chicken, which I had to spit out, the texture was so gross. I bit into a second piece to make sure it wasn’t one bad piece. Also, rubbery, fibrous, bad. This«salad» was almost $ 12. All together it was $ 35…at least we didn’t pay for it.

It was a stupid desicion of mine to enjoy a meal on a off day in this restaurant, mc donalds could have given a better service than this, i placed an order for a conacg with hot water the conacg came with ice in it and hot water on side i mean there is a reason why i asked conacg with hot water the server quickly rectified with a reason of measure. I wish my order of main course which i mentioned as main course could have had come in after my appetizer but hell no the server brought in the main course even before i could start my starter and gave in a lousy excuse that the restaurant is not busy so all the food is out early hahahaha. The french fries where of a length of a pen and tasted a little different. Well this restaurant has good potential with some good service. The only star i give is for the ambience with all tv around you. If some one wants to enjoy a match this is the place to go.

I expected far better… We have been on Sundays to watch football and even though the food appears to be prepackaged it was an OK experience. We went last night on Wednesday and the food was less than what you get at the«Golden Arches». The french fries tasted like they been in somebody’s glove box for a week. Sorry to say this. This place has such potential please step up your game.

Fantastic entertainment venue but the food is at best mediocre. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of quality control in the kitchen. This is a place we regularly go to for happy hour after work on Fridays. Service is abysmal. There have been more than a few times where we’ve had to wait over a half hour for drinks or to get our bill. The waitresses tend to cluster around the order stations and not interact with customers. Management does not seem to be concerned or to move their servers along. I’d be surprised if they stay in business in Wethersfield for long unless there is a major change in how the serving staff is supervised. I love wings especially boneless. Their medium Buffalo is extremely salty and not very flavorful. They offered no Cajun dry rub apart from a special order. I’ve done that twice and been disappointed both times. It’s clear someone’s shaking a bit of dry rub on already fried and dry tenders. Don’t waste your time on the food.

Love this place! I’ve gotten wings, sandwiches, and wraps each of them equally delicious. I’m not a fan of the Thai curry sauce but if you like heat try the mango habanero sauce on anything your wings, wraps, sandwiches, etc. Happy hour is cool because drinks are pretty cheap and they’re delicious. The waitresses are awesome and outgoing. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because sometimes it gets so packed it’s hard to get a waiters attention.

I have been here twice so far since they opened. The food here is just like any other Buffalo Wild Wings. Big, juicy wings and okay fries for a large chain restaurant. The last time we went is… well, it will be our last time for this BWW location. We went around seven in the evening and the seating area was mostly empty, with about five other tables occupied. Our FIRST server(yes, we had two different servers, but more on that later) took our drink orders promptly and had them out to us in a timely manner. Then that was the last time we ever saw her. So about thirty minutes went by and by then the tables around us were being filled. These tables too, did not have anyone come out to them for those thirty minutes. Finally after what felt like a century, a SECOND server came to our table and apologized. She explained that the manager on duty decided to let some employees go home or reassigned them since the restaurant was not at capacity, even though it was starting to get filled. This server could see we were agitated about that and throughout our time there she was very attentive and make sure our food and refills came out quickly. Big props to her for unexpectedly being thrown to serve us and everyone else around, while the big fat manager just stood off to the side with his arms crossed and looking all pissy. As for the food, the wings were good and came out to us hot and fresh. The fries were sub par and overly seasoned. Overall the meal was ok. One star for the perfectly cooked and delicious wings and another star for the poor server who was hastily reassigned to deal with pretty much the whole dining area by herself. If you really, REALLY want BWW, find another location.

As a girlie girl, it is almost a given that a manly, jock-driven place like Buffalo Wild Wings is not my cup of tea. However, I was there to meet up with my fiancé and his group of hockey buddies after their game and my shift late Friday night. What counted was I was out with Jason M. No matter where I am, I hate being gypped. Look at my photo and and I got freakin’ gypped on my wine. I was warned by the waitress that they were running low on wine, but at least they could have done was knock off a couple of dollars. I’ve had better wine values at a posh place in West Hartford Center or Blue Back. If you like their wings, go to the North Haven location instead. If you just want to hang out with your boys and jocks/jockettes, just go to a local pub/bar. You will get better service.
