Pizza Hut

I’ve ordered from this place several times since moving to Rocky Hill. The delivery drivers are always super friendly and nice; they usually have a fast delivery time too.

It’s Pizza Hut so don’t expect the best food in the world but you get what you pay for. I’ve eaten here several times, the staff has always been polite and the orders always correct. I don’t know what Erin L’s problem with the staff was, I’m guessing they found her unpleasant (as do I) and treated her accordingly. Delivery has always arrived in the time frame they give me, 30 – 40 minutes. Tip though, you can’t order from this place online, there is something messed up with the location tracker so you have to call in. They are extremely apologetic and it’s nice to talk to a real person but this might cause problems for people with impaired speech or where English is not their first language. This should be fixed but otherwise it is a good Pizza Hut.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The problem was not the food. We all know what we’re getting into when we order pizza hut. I went in a moment of desperation, on a holiday.
The problem was first that our called in order hadn’t even been stated by the time we got there — 15 minutes + later. The second was the staff. Maybe they were angry about working on a holiday, I’ll never know, but that is no excuse to be rude to paying customers. The woman running the cash register was mean, condescending and even slightly combative towards another patron. She can look down her nose at someone when she’s working at a restaurant that serves four gras and escargot.
In the end, I don’t plan on going back to a Pizza Hut any time soon but if I do I will NOT be this one.
