This place is literally walking distance to us but we haven’t ordered their food in a decade up until recently. The pizza is still not very good. The margarita «gourmet» pizza looks, tastes and feels like a frozen pizza without exaggeration. However, the tossed salad is excellent as is the broccoli, cheese and bacon potato skins my wife is consuming at this moment. The meatball sub I ordered last week was also excellent. The other family pizza house in Old Wethersfield that I have written a review on is a lot better than this place honestly. The moral of the story… get pizza elsewhere… order apps, salads and subs here if they are local to you!

There are lots of pizza options in Wethersfield but I will admit that Leo’s is nice to have close by if you live in the Wolcott/​Wells road vicinity. They are quick with the orders, the pizzas are great, I often go with just plain as you can’t beat that when trying someplace new. It is always a baseline to go with before experimenting with other toppings and such. I have not yet had the chance to try anything other than the pizza so I cannot speak for the other options on the menu albeit for pizza alone it is up there for top choice in Wethersfield. Whenever I visit my friend we are usually ordering from Leo’s.

The pizza is thick cheesy saucy greasy goodness! The hot tuna grinder with peppers and onions is also amazing!
It gets super busy on the weekends especially, so if you want delivery plan far in advance

Best Pizza around! We drive from Rocky Hill to get it. Always fresh, Leo’s special is loaded and always filling. They have awesome grinders, fresh and delicious. Even the pasta is really good! Sometimes my mom and I split an eggplant parmaginia meal and are still full. Very generous portions.

Good pizza. We ordered from Newington on a Friday night and they weren’t sure if they could deliver to us. After some deliberation with management they told us to place our order. 45 min wait time for 3 large pizzas. The driver was friendly and the pizzas were warm when they arrived. Very nice crust and good sauce, definitely try the bacon chicken ranch pizza. I’d like to order from here again but it seems like we might be just outside of the delivery area (4mi away).

If you are a lover of Greek style pizza Leo’s is the place for you. They also have tasty grinders and big filling salads. I have been coming here since I was a kid. Love the zesty tomato sauce that put on their pizza’s. They put a good amount of cheese which gets browned and melted perfectly in their ovens.
I like Leo’s Greek salad which he tops with shredded mozzarella. He also has a traditional Greek style salad for you feta lovers out there.
We usually get a hamburger & Bacon topped pizza and it’s loaded with crispy bacon deliciousness.

I generally order Leo’s takeout about once a month. My boyfriend is a pizza fiend, so we rotate places to order from so we don’t tire from one place. Leo’s is consistent. Our orders are always ready to be picked up on time. Usually we opt for a large pizza (for leftovers, of course) and a salad to split. Typical toppings for us include: half cheese, half ‘roni; peppers and mushrooms; just cheese… nothing too crazy. We like all of them, it’s a 1⁄3 mile, five minute walk from my house. I remember coming to Leo’s in highschool after school and getting slices to go with my friends… everyday… oh the memories!

I have never had a bad meal from Leo’s. Their pizza is great (awesome Buffalo Chicken), as are their grinders, calzones, pasta dishes, and antipasto salad. Oh, and you might as well grab an order of Mac n’ Cheese bites for an appetizer because they are amazing as well.
Everything will always take 30 – 40 minutes, regardless of what you are ordering, so just be prepared — it’s worth it. If you live in Wethersfield, keep an eye out in the mail for Leo’s coupons. They come every month or two.
Very lucky to have this place in walking distance from the house, and they can expect to get a lot of business from this house.
Not only is it convenient to where I live, but I just love this place! The only place I go to for pizza in my area-​gotta get the New York Style fontanella!
The staff is always great-​on the weekends you will be waiting a bit for the pizza-​so definitely plan on waiting a few minutes later then they told you to come pick it up but they also deliver which is a plus.
