These guys are the absolute greatest. Totally accommodating, extremely knowledgeable, and passionate about cars. From Colleen at the front desk to Scott and Daniel, everyone I worked with was wonderful. They’re about 15 miles away from my house, and no one else will ever touch my car for service or repairs ever again.
Going back to get Stage I & Stage II done to my 2009 A4 as soon as I can. Will update with how it went.

I have been bringing my Audi A8L here for the last four years. This place is very professional, friendly, reasonable and most importantly UBER HONEST!
About two years ago (yes, this review is way overdue), my air suspension system went out. Took it to an Audi dealer and they wanted over $ 2500.00 to fix it. At the time of the dealer giving the estimate, they also broke the front headlight washer system and denied breaking it. Then, a friend of mine recommended 3Zero3. I spoke to Scott the owner that same day and brought the car in. Their estimate was significantly less than the dealer’s — with better parts and a 3 year/​36K mile warranty!
I got it done immediately. Here I am – about two years later writing the review of that repair job they did… The workmanship was absolutely bullet-​proof and the air suspension system works excellent now — with absolutely no issue!
If you are an A8L owner, you know that mechanics that know how to work on these vehicles are extremely rare. Even the dealerships only have 1 or 2 mechanics in their staff, certified to work on these cars! Not when it comes to 3Zero3 however.
I will always trust 3Zero3 to do the work right the first time on my Audi A8L!

These guys are as good as it gets. I have been so impressed with the thorough description of the labor, the fact that I am getting only what I NEED (not money hungry these guys… just good people), and the professionalism overall. Communication in this industry is key and so hard to find. I have been emailing various concerns with my BMW to them pretty much daily and they get right back to me immediately with a solution. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I called and spoke with a technician regarding research on a specific part for one of my Porsches. I was told I’d get a call back. Nothing. Why would I bring my vehicles to 3ZERO3 when they can’t even give me a call? I’ll go elsewhere.

I came across 3zero3 when shopping for wheels for my 2010 Jetta. I was referred to them by the sales guy at VMR wheels as the local dealer. I must admit that growing up in a Motorsport family and being around knowledgeable car people all my life I have developed a keen sense for recognizing similar people.
As most would agree the Auto shop/​repair/​mechanic business comes with a certain stigma of being taken advantage of and/​or being gauged on price and so on. I can’t say that I am immune to that and even more sensitive due to my experience (it’s always difficult to find a shop that is competent, knowledgeable and fair) — but 3zero3 smashes any of those apprehensions the moment you walk through the door.
The people here have a true passion for the cars they work on and clearly take pride in their craft. I have to say that pulling up to a shop with BMW’s, Audi’s and Porsche’s (they even a Bentley) in my lowly Jetta I felt like I was in the wrong place. But, Blake Katchur treated me just like anyone else — even going so far as to give me a tour of the shop.
As you can tell by the photos 3zero3 are committed to the customer experience from front to back. The waiting area is comfortable and inviting and the shop is clean and well maintained. Also (if it makes any difference) they are 30 miles from where I live and am more than willing to drive across town to have these guys work on my car in future.
Big shout out to Blake for the awesome customer service (talk about a guy who loves what he does) and for being so patient with all my questions.

Eh. Stopped by to discuss potential issues with a sports car. Waited 30 minutes for the «expert». Too busy to talk to me. Would not return call either. Too bad, only 5 minutes from home. Got better service somewhere else.

This shop gave me very high quality service on my 2002 VW Golf Diesel that I brought in for a air intake issue. They came recommended from a VW/​Audi car club friend of mine and they did not disappoint. Not only was the service work done very well, but the customer service was an absolute A+. Jace at the front desk was über helpful and called me quite a few times to let me know where our progress was. Highly recommend these guys!

I had a huge build and an extremely complicated list of challenges. While nobody is perfect, 3Zero3 proved that they can still be professional when mistakes are made. The manner in which they conduct their business is nothing short of outstanding. I would definitely recommend them purely for their willingness to satisfy their customers. Thanks

This garage is spotless and the customer service is awesome! Jace has been great. The women’s bathroom even has a shower for those early mornings when your car has to be in the shop. They even will provide you with a rental car. The service is outstanding and that’s what is important in business. But– Ouch they seem a little pricey. I had an O2 sensor out so it was $ 165 just to tell me that. I so wanted new shoes! They said it’s not a big deal to drive my car and it would be a few days for the parts to come in. It’s $ 300 when I go back in to replace it. I lost my Audi key on a ski slope and it’s $ 300 for a new key. I love my car but boy is it expensive for maintenance. I may do some price comparison but I do think 3 Zero 3 Motorsports is top notch and I’m not even a guy! The front desk girl even has pink business cards — now that is cool! There are a ton of Audi’s in the parking lot. They work on all VW’s, Porsche, Audi, and BMW’s. The garage is filled with beautiful cars and looks incredible I had to take photos!

This place sets the standard for great Audi shops. it is impossible to find any shop that is as trustworthy and knowledgeable as them. I literally put «no 3zero3» on my cons list when I was considering moving to AZ. Great shop!

If you want a shop that understands your Audi inside and out, this is your place. Great communication about all of the issues that should be taken care of from a preventative maintenance perspective. It appears nothing can faze them, and they’re a full-​service shop. Are they the cheapest? Nope. But you get what you pay for, and you get the impression that these guys know just as much about your car as the dealer does.
My recent experience with wheel bearings, motor mounts, alignment, and fluid changes on my high-​mileage A4 was fantastic and the condition it was returned in makes me feel like I’m driving a new car again.
You cannot go wrong in bringing your Audi (or VW, or Porsche, I assume) to 3zero3.

There are allot of motorsports shops in Denver, most can work on cars as they came from the factory, but very few claim to be able to work on specialty and modified cars, even fewer can actually deliver on their claims. Rarely, you find a shop that has consistently excellent work, reliable and run their business professionally, 3zero3 is that rare shop. Scott and Max are both excellent project managers and communicators, few are as talented as Emery when it comes to troubleshooting and resolving issues, and then there is a Liz, no one is better at the front office.
The dilemma of finding somewhere to support my 1000hp high horsepower exotic has been solved. Now if they would only open shop in Colorado Springs.

Extremely proud to say that 3ZERO3 Motorsports is now taking care of my 2012 VW CC R-​Line after over 2 years of upgrading, and caring for my Audi TT. The most important aspect for me, I’ve been treated like family since I first stepped through the door. There are so few places that you can say this about… they EARN your business, and work tirelessly (though sometimes with tires!!) to keep you a very satisfied customer! Even more satisfied after testing the Launch Control on my new HPA DSG upgrade!
The customer service, attention to detail, and communication from the staff are simply second to none. I’m always well informed when my vehicle in their hands for service or performance enhancements. There are never any surprises! I know the cost up front, and I’m always informed immediately if something is found that needs attention. You can also rest assured that everything will be explained and demonstrated in great detail. They also go the extra mile and wash my car before I pick it up each time.
Scott, Max, and the rest of the team at 3ZERO3, are all masters of their domain. They take the time to get to know you, your car, and your goals for the machine! At no time during the past many years I’ve been dealing with 3ZERO3 have I ever been pressured into a purchase, or misled in any way. The facility is amazing, you can get connected and work from there while waiting for your vehicles, and there is always some 4 wheeled candy to feast your eyes on!

Took my Audi here for warranty work and aftermarket parts. The crew there is outstanding. Ryan took care of all the warranty claims and rental car set up and walked me through all the itemized tickets. The mechanic took the time to explain all the issues and answered all my questions. They kept me updated on the progress and had my car in and out two days later. Outstanding. The dealership would have taken at least a week and cost more.
Liz provided a follow-​up call and they really make you feel comfortable leaving your car in their hands. Scott runs a great business and I will only bring my car to them. I am so glad there is a high quality professional shop as an alternative to the ‘stealerships’.

I have a 2004 Audi S4, no light weight when it comes to repair bills. I’ve used 3zero3 Motorsports twice now. once for an alignment after the local Big’O tires couldn’t do it and tried to pass it off by aligning my S4 to a 2001 A4 specs. They got me an appointment right away. They did the alignment, which takes into account my body weight in the driver seat, and then test drove it. The Tech decided of his own accord that it wasn’t good enough yet, and then redid the entire alignment again. There alignment rack is second to none. The Hunter Engineering Hawkeye 4 Wheel Laser Alignment system is not your local tire shop alignment. When I drove home my car tracked straight and true, with the steering wheel dead on level. Best of all it was cheaper then the Audi dealer!
The second time was just a few days ago. My transmission was acting up and my driverside and passangerside window regulators were dead. Since I had just replaced the clutch and flywheel at my local Audi dealer I figured it was the transmission its self screwed up. They informed me that not only was my transmission fine (so much for my technical acumen), but the Audi dealer had most likely messed up the clutch install, and they recommended me to get them to fix it. I mean come on! what kind of Indy shop turns down business sitting in there garage to save the costumer money. Well turns out that is the type of integrity these guy’s have. They then hit the ball out of the park when they fixed my windows at a fair price and waived the diagnostic fee for the transmission.
The work was completed on time, and Ryan (the best service adviser I have ever had at any shop) was in constent contact with me via e-​mail. I mean the guy sent me 8 e-​mails answering my dumb questions in a week! Thank’s Ryan and the 3zero3 Team. Ill be back, and so will my friends and family.

I took my VW to 3zero3 on the recommendations from several of my co-​workers, and I was not disappointed. I had always previously taken my car to a mechanic that I really loved up in Boulder, but since I don’t work up there anymore (and since car problems often preclude driving awhile to get them fixed) I decided I should try out some shops closer to home.
I initially took the car in for an oil-​change and inspection and to have a couple random noises checked out. The mechanic who serviced my car compiled a list of everything he found that was wrong with it. Unlike other mechanics I’ve been to, he did not try to make me feel like I needed to drop $ 2k on my car yesterday or it would explode, he simply walked me through everything, showed me on the car itself everything that was issues, and told me his opinion about what I should think about doing soon and what could wait till later (because yeah, it really was something like a $ 2000 estimate, all told) I really appreciated the honesty, and decided to go ahead and schedule a few of the repairs on the list.
I emailed back and forth with Palmer, the office manager, about getting in to get the repairs done, and she was super great about being flexible when I thought I could come in one day but then had to reschedule.
When I finally did make it in to get the service done, everything went smoothly… they told me it would be a couple hours to get everything done, and I opted to stick around and work from their cushy waiting area. They have some super comfy couches, a ‘bar’ area with stools and big bay windows where you can overlook the shop floor, and a good olé kuerig machine. I’ve heard rumors they have a keggerator too, but I haven’t been in any other time than the morning :)
They got my repairs done speedily and effectively, and even came in $ 20 less than they estimated! That was a nice surprise. plus, the hand-​wash and vacuum is a cherry on top.
I’d recommend 3zero3 to anyone, but especially if you have an Audi, VW or other european car.

3 stars for great customer service. But here’s the reality: many repairs, even on an Audi or other foreign import, can be done easily on your own with parts that can be found online and the help of a YouTube video. Example: window stopped rolling up. A common problem with audi’s: the window regulator breaks. I had 3 replaced by 303, each costing me about $ 380ish per replacement. You’d be shocked to know that the $ 100 part was easily replaced on my own, and I am no master mechanic! It’s just bolt off, bolt on. A monkey could do it. 303 quoted me 2 hours for labor. I think I could do all 4 doors in less time than that!
HOWEVER, if I must use a mechanic, 303 does a good job. We as consumers just need to accept that it’s just universal practice for mechanics to stretch the truth when we talk labor hours. They have to because everyone does it. They are cheaper than the dealer at least!

After spending many years and many dollars at the dealership, I had to find a better way to maintain my beloved Audi and VW. After hearing great things about 3ZERO3, I thought I would give them a try. Sure enough, they exceeded everyone one of my expectations from product knowledge, to customer service, and most importantly, the final bill. You will be hard pressed to find a better place to take you Audi, Porsche or VW in the entire Unites States. Thanks 3ZERO3!

When you are looking for an auto shop, you look for a few things: do they do good work, do they have good customer service, and can you TRUST these people? If you go with 3ZERO3 then the answers are a resounding YES.
These guys take the time to make you comfortable with the choices you need to make in your auto care needs. I know that whenever I go to get any maintenance done on my car, I feel nervous and a little out-​of-​place because I know nothing about cars. 3ZERO3 actually makes you feel comfortable with your car in their hands.
I will take car of all my car’s needs at 3ZERO3 and recommend that you do too!
