Colorado Door Connection

I have used Colorado Door Connection on 3 separate occasions. The first job they did was replace a very old entry door, adding security doors. The second job they did was to replace two very very old doors in my basement, with beautiful wooden doors and storm/​security doors. The last time I used them was to replace an odd shaped door, adding another security door to the outside.
The quality of workmanship these guys do is the best.
I made the mistake of hiring a ‘construction/​contractor (Black River) to do other work, along with ONE exterior door installation, and I’m sorry that I didn’t have Col. Door Connection do the door install. there are gaps under the door large enough for light to come thru… next time i will ONLY use Colorado Door Connection.
They are great about putting beautiful doors on old houses like mine (1947), and installing them so they’re weather tight.
you might have to wait a bit for special order Simpson doors, and finishing, but you won’t regret the quality.

I am an interior designer here in Denver. I called to see about a new entry door for a project.
Here is our conversation:
Me: «Hi, I am looking to replace an entry door for a client. I’d like to talk to someone about what we’re looking for.»
CDC: «ummm, ‘fraid not.»
Me: «Excuse me? You don’t do doors?»
CDC: «Not at this time. Not residential.»
END OF CONVERSATION
Now if you look on their website, the first line says:
«Colorado Door Connection is your source for traditional and unique residential interior doors, exterior doors and door hardware in the Colorado Front Range area.»
I am totally baffled.

This place was just what I needed. I was replacing some of the doors in my house and needed to get pointed in the right direction. My friend pointed me toward them and I am glad they did. They helped me figure out what would go best at my place and they even had the pieces cut and painted. I shopped around the prices at a few other places and they were by far the best. The customer service was great and I would strongly recommend them.
