No stars. Used this service once. The maids arrived late and did not fully dust the house as promised by Debbie. Had a great follow up conversation with her. She was apologetic and promised to talk to both the maids and and send them out for redusting. I could literally run my hands over railings and mirrors and fans and come away with dust balls. Took a while for us to set a date to have the maids come out and finish the job they started. Of course the maids told thier employer that they dusted. However my mom was home and swears they did lot.
Anyways fast forward to today. I got to my moms house on time and and hour and a half later, no maids.
They are not timely and require supervision so they don’t cut corners. Not my idea of a good cleaning business. Will be looking else where for future cleanings.

Ace Precision does great work. I really like how willing they were to accomodate me, I needed someone to do some house foreclosure cleaning, and they were there right away — and didnt even mind that I had to re-​schedule. I will definately be using them in the future for my real estate/​property management cleaning needs.
