Dunkin’ Donuts

I’m a regular here! I always get the best service. Employees are great and are always happy. I come here EVERYDAY! I’ve grown to know just about every one of them. Today I came and noticed they had a new girl at the window. By far the best customer service skills I’ve ever seen. They were super busy as usual and most places try and rush the orders through but she wasn’t rushed at all. She made me feel important because not only did my ID say «please see ID» never have I had my ID requested before, she counted my change back and repeated my order to me. She made sure everything was in the bag and I didn’t have to ask for napkins. My food order took some time and instead of ignoring me she updated me telling me it would ready soon and was very apologetic. She saw that I had kids with me and they were getting loud so she gave me donut holes and the cook was awesome he came up to the window and was also apologetic. Just great staff in general!

Once, like a year or two ago around Christmas time, I came here with a friend at night. Before we ordered, the power on the whole block went out. There was a cute teenage boy wearing elf ears manning the counter, and when we joked about hopping the counter in the dark and stealing donuts, he said he would let us. He ended up giving us our donuts for free since the power wasn’t coming back. I guess this is a review and a missed connection with that cute kid, because we still talk about him and he’s kind of a legend to us now. The moral of the story is listen to your heart when a boy gives you free donuts.

How cool was that to throw a few mini-​peeps in my bag Easter Sunday? What an unexpected — and fun — surprise!

This DD location seems fairly new judging by the orderliness and cleanliness of the place (y’know, no cracked floors or walls or whathaveyou) and is a convenient drive away from COD for all you students! On the corner of President and Roosevelt, you have the option of going in or drive-​thru. Same product as any DD, staff seemed nice (or at least willing to put up with my indecisive man), and like I said: clean. We sat their and chatted for at least an hour and never had any complaints about clientele, employees, coffee or donuts, or anything else. This location also participates in the 99¢ any size coffee/​tea at 3−6pm! :D

You just can’t beat $ 1 iced coffee from 3 – 6 pm. I wish this deal would last longer than it does. DD iced coffee is my favorite. Plus they have a ton of options for add-​ins — cream, milk, sugar, lots of flavors both sweetened and unsweetened.
We hit up the drive-​through at this location. It actually was one of the slower drive-​through experiences I’ve had at Dunkin’ but the wait wasn’t too bad at all.

I must say after living in New England I’m a huge fan for Dunkin. I actually don’t drink coffee but love their hot tea and my son loves their donuts. My problem with this location is that they are ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ with getting our orders right. When we called back to say our order was wrong they suggested checking our order and drinks before we leave. While I feel this isn’t something I should have to do, I’ve accepted at this location you need too. But that won’t stop us from coming back.

This is the only dunkin that screws up my order almost every time. I usually don’t go inside, and at tge window they always forget atleast one part of my order. And today I went in and ordered an extra large green tea. At first he tried to give me a coffee. And so I said no I ordered a Green tea. And he gave me a regular tea. I usually don’t complain but they always mess up part of my order. The food is fine tho

I enjoy coming here for their fresh coffe and fresh donuts. The employees are friendly and fast with their service.

This Dunkin is fairly new and is always very clean. The service is fast and usually fairly attentive. Recently my husband got a couple donuts from here on a Saturday morning and they weren’t fresh. Their coffee on the other-​hand is always nice and hot!
