Dunkin’ Donuts

Waiting by the front counter for 10 minutes. No acknowledgment and no service. Walked out.

I used to come here every morning, but you can only mess up somebody orders so many times. If you ask for a nitro shot (extra espresso shot), they will forget to put it in your drink. Sometimes they would add random syrups to my plain latte, so it would taste super sweet, again, a plain latte has no syrup. I just quit coming here, I know starbucks is more expensive, but at least they can understand the concept of an order.

Very mean/​rude employee
I got yelled at drive thru intercom, it made me deaf and was uncalled for with my quiet voice… It was like them Goliath and David type of scene … they yelled right the second I spoke gently for not knowing about Oreo coolata and Oreo iced coffee differences (they didn’t answer and expecting me to order like some robot or like a crack addict for smack and being disrespectful) and there was only one vehicle behind me and it was 10 am … It’s ridiculous I went in all shocked and not only that the Oreo coolata taste like garbage and wasted 3 dollars and made my start of my day shitty … Avoid here best as you can … Dragon lady works here and will yell at you for not knowing what certain food or drink has especially when it was empty joint

The staff here at this location is fabulous! ! The are very friendly and accommodating! I asked to have a special sundae made and they didn’t even bat an eye! The flavor of the month Oreo cake is delicious! Bonus, it’s open 24 hours!

Friendly cashier, quick service, and who doesn’t like Dunkin? The coffee was a perfect temperature. The store is bright and inviting.

Been here several times now, always inside. Well kept, great food and great service! The people are very friendly too. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

To get this out of the way… the parking lot is painfully small and the traffic on Roosevelt can be unbearable. It makes getting here a nightmare at times.
This is by far my favorite West Suburbs Dunkin’. The service is great. The inside is clean and there are cute tables to sit at inside. I frequently see groups of people meeting to discuss religion, politics, and other current events while they enjoy some coffee or ice cream.

Very convenient 24 hour dunkin. The staff members are always friendly and professional. And it’s cheaper than Starbucks.
