The service here is awful. I work nearby and come here when I am in desperate need of coffee. The service is so bad that some days I would rather skip my coffee break then deal with the rude employees that work here.

I would seriously give this place negative stars if I could. I frequent this location often, but had a different experience very recently. The person behind the counter decided to YELLATME with what I was ordering as well as give me a speech on why certain people couldn’t have the item I ordered. Made quite a scene and let me tell you, I won’t return here. I guess I see why this location has so many bad reviews. I will travel farther to a better location that will appreciate the business and not be rude!

I have a HUGE problem with this place. The employees are terrible and rude. So much to the fact that they argue with you about if your order is wrong. Every time I walk in there I order green tea. GREENTEA. Not regular iced tea. Every time I get regular iced tea. The manager did not give me my change once and then when I asked for it back he spoke to me like I was inconveniencing him. Just this morning a few of my work colleagues went their and every single order was wrong. Why is this place still open? Why do they get away with all of the mistakes? I would rather go to Starbucks. Where they actually give me green tea.

Visited with my 2 kids today. Very pleasant staff. Coolatta machine was giving them trouble so they gave my son a free hot chocolate while waiting and kept apologizing. I felt their customer service was great ! As soon as they fixed the machine they ran the drink right out to us.

The employee, possibly the owner, was very rude. He gave me attitude and tried to charge me $ 1 for two empty cups that are normally free elsewhere. I needed plastic cups for a specific reason, but apparently I was hoping for too much. Starbucks was happy to meet my request. I hope the negative review is worth it to him. I’m not one to diss hard working people. Maybe he was having a bad day. However, in customer service, it’s BAD to be mean to a nice customer who’s not asking for much. There’s a one star streak at this location, so seems I’m not the only one having problems with the service. If I ever want a donut, I’m not going to spend my money here. Starbucks or a different DD will get my business instead.

I’ve been to quite a few DDs and find this particular business location to be clean and spacious. Seems that whenever I stop in, I’m always greeted in a friendly manner and my coffee is always hot and delicious. Since I normally visit here in the evening on my way home from work, I don’t have any experience with the breakfast menu, but from time to time, a bagel will still do nicely. I’d have given this place 5 stars if the prices were just a bit lower, but since it’s a chain, I seriously doubt that’s going to happen any time soon.

MOLD. Not something you’d like with your coffee. I went here this morning and ordered a ham, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately, I got a side of fungus with that. Yes, there was about a quarter-sized spot of dark mold on the english muffin,(GAG) and it still perplexes me that someone made this sandwich without realizing that. I brought the sandwich back to the store and received a full refund, and I also complained to corporate. However, I was less than pleased with how the store owner handled the situation(He basically accused me of lying about it. Yes, I actually brought the moldy sandwich back where 3 employees saw it, but I’m still lying about it.), so I wasn’t about to leave it at that. I consider this service unacceptable, and I will be contacting the health department as well. I’m only sorry I didn’t take a picture of the sandwich to show. Buyer beware.

The place is clean, and the service was just fine. That said, the bathrooms were locked, and there is no WiFi, so if you need to get some work done, find another spot.

Great Coconut coffee, very clean. Most other DD’s have people who don’t speak english, but these ladies who worked there were very nice and spoke clearly!

This is one of the busier dunkin donuts I’ve visited. You know that rope/divider thing they use at the bank? You know with the sign that says«wait here for next available teller?» Well they have that here! I’ve been here early in the morning and later in the day and there is always a line. They have a lot of seating here so there are lots of people sitting around chatting. No wi fi here, just people chatting. My one beef with this location is that it seems cold temperature-wise. I mean keep your coat on cold. I know the coffee is hot, but come on! All I can figure is maybe they are«encouraging» those sitting around to vacate!
