This is consistently the slowest McDonalds drive thru I have ever been to. The food is fine, I mean it’s normal McDonalds, and the employees are friendly enough, it’s just SO slow — don’t ever go here if you’re in a rush!

Absolutely slowest service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I’ve been waiting in the drive through for fifteen minutes. This is supposed to be fast. If you’re on a time crunch DONOT go here

Went at 11 pm, 2 cars in drive thru– me and one other(just getting off work). I get that there aren’t many people to work the graveyard shift but when it comes to waiting for 20 minutes for 2 large fries, that ended up burnt, they might want to look into who’s doing their job and who is not. I have been here before and the day shift have always given me good service so I was surprised to have this experience.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to for breakfast. The service is horrible! The drive through is always packed. It usually takes about 10 minutes to go through. I don’t know if the speaker is broken or the people are just whispering, but you can never hear them. I ask for ice in my coffee, and it’s hot as hell anyway. Today is took forever to get a Sausage and Egg McMuffin meal, and when I did, the hash browns were cold. Just a HORRIBLE McDonald’s!

I went there today at 11 threw the drive threw finally placed my order at 11:40 finally got the wrong food at 12 still got the wrong cold food at 12:07 no discount no I’m sorry. Worst customer service ever people like Leslie need to lose their jobs and others need to be trained better! I will not be returning this was my worst experience I’ve had!

The place is horrible went there to get a cheeseburger I asked for no pickles they messed up the first order and guess what they messed up the second order and third wth is not rocket science I was so pissed off. I asked for the manager I got some store manager I suppose I demanded money back and the idiot kept on insisting that I couldn’t get my money back he wanted to give me some free meal. I know I should’ve taken it but it’s the principle seriously stupid store manager get a real job!

I was left livid with my overall consumer-experience at this particular McDonald’s. The food was poorly prepared. My food was cold and the iced tea dispenser was completely empty, even after asking the cashiers at the beginning of my meal that it was empty. The service was appalling. I patiently waited to be attended by a cashier for 5+ min, when I could clearly see a cashier on their cell phone in the back with the store manager watching over them and having no problem with that. When finally attended, the cashier seemed to be very irritated and negligent toward wanting to serve me. After looking over my receipt, I quickly realized the cashier completely over-charged me. When I approached them with my concern, they were very annoyed and showed no signs of remorse or respect. The environment was repulsive, with a huge unattended spill. All soap dispensers in the bathroom were completely empty. Overall, I was left a very frustrated customer that will never spend a cent here ever again.

Ok, well it IS McDonald’s …and overall they do well here ASLONGASYOUDONTCOME at the breakfast, lunch, dinner rush… I HATE the fact that there is really no dollar menu anymore… and now I’d rather spend $ 5 – 10 on lunch for real food.

Been to this McDonald’s a few times and I’ve literally never had a good experience, because they always take at least 10 minutes to give you your food in the drive thru. Tonight topped them all. Got to the drive thru and was greeted with an annoyed sounding«What can I get you» we then proceeded to ask if they had breakfast which they normally do after 12AM. She replied with«only some items» and my fiancé ordered a bacon egg & cheese biscuit to which she replied«ok it’s gonna be 5 minutes for eggs» he said that was fine, and I was still looking at the menu, I began to order and she sounded so upset when she said«oh you wanted more?» I said yes and she said ok then pull to the window to continue our order(what??). I just drove away, I was fuming. As a person who works in customer service I’ve never felt more disgusted by a persons attitude. If you hate your job that much, QUIT.

I always try to avoid this location. The service and people here are just not any good. The people are unfriendly, the service is super slow and they have a problem with getting your order correct. I suggest you drive a few extra blocks and find a different Micky-D’s.

This is the third time in a row that we have had less than stellar service and certainly not within McDonald’s three minute service time. We waited 5 minutes for one large fry and two cuties even though no one was in line ahead or behinds us. We also had to ask for the cups for our drinks. The children’s play area needed sweeping badly, so it was pretty much a bad experience all around.

I was here tonight, I have been here many times in the past, and definitely had good experiences in the past and not good experiences recently. Tonight I entered the drive thru at 6:49(I looked at my clock because I was meeting someone at 7) and I did not exit the drive thru until 7:16!!! At first I thought it was just a sudden rush or one picky person but OMG! Unfortunately I stayed giving them the benefit if the doubt and gave my money… then I was stuck! When I got to the window to pay the girl looked angry, opened the window just a crack and when I asked how much she spoke behind the glass. I understand it being cold and not wanting to open the window to far bur being angry and rude was ridiculous. When I got to the window to pick up my food, it appeared to be a shift manager there and she tried to give me the wrong order! When you’ve had people sitting in line as long as you have there is no reason I shouldn’t at least know what we ordered. I do not plan to go back there any time soon… this is a good lesson in how I shouldn’t be eating any fast food anyway!

I’ve hit this McDonald’s many times and it’s really just a luck of the draw when it comes to service. Most of my experience here has been at the drive thru. Many years ago when my kids were little I came here because they have a play place, but those days are gone(thank you Jesus!). The drive thru has 2 lanes which is great, but lately, especially this visit, I had to wait 10 minutes for my order. There was nothing complicated, so I don’t get why. There were 3 vehicles ahead of me waiting. There was no place to go! We waited right in front of the pickup window. That was awkward. There was an employee just standing there waiting for something to do. They did get our order right after the 10 minute wait, but the fries were that gross brown which indicates that it’s time to change the oil. I don’t even eat their food anymore, just my kids, so that makes the whole waiting thing suck even more.

I’ve been to some bad McDonald’s and I’ve been to some great ones. When the floors and the soda fountain area are clean, the napkins and ketchup are stocked, and the staff is hustling to get orders done, it’s a good one. As is this one. They had all of the above, plus a decently plowed parking lot(not perfect, but pretty good). It wasn’t *perfect* but it was good.

Double drive-thru, quick service. Very clean on the inside as well. I like how McDonald’s has transformed over the years. It’s still fast food, but it’s everywhere, and it’s quite nice to have healthy alternatives now. That being said, I prefer Wendy’s over McD. I had the Chicken McNuggets recently, and although I’m a fan of the Sweet and Sour Sauce, I just really don’t like the Nugz. They are too crunchy on the outside for me. I prefer the chewiness of Wendy’s. Oh well!

Normally I wouldn’t review a McDonald’s. I go to a lot of different locations throughout the Chicagoland area and the customer service is usually the same: a bit above average. HOWEVER… Today was a different story. I’m having a super crappy day and my luck is pretty bad at this point… I’m not expecting the world on a silver platter, I just want food… From McDonald’s… Lol Anyhow… Went through McD’s drive through with my son to grab a quick dinner. My order had a mistake on my receipt from the first window which I pointed out to the gal at the second window. The manager came to the window, cleared up the confusion and corrected my order himself(even making sure to put fresh fries in our bag — major points here!!!) while I waited in «spot #1». He brought out our corrected order very quickly. He was very nice, very quick and very professional! This manager is definitely the type of person that you want in charge of your establishments, motivating and coaching your employees to have the customer satisfaction skills that he does! Outstanding customer service!!!

Sorry to say I was very disappointed with this McDonald’s It was a busy lunch weekday. There where too slow for one. The bench seats are frayed and ripped. We where there for a play date lunch so after the meal we moved into the play area«Yikes» Parents need to watch there off springs The child I was caring for had to go to the restroom I took him to the lady’s room for the fact he is a young boy. I was appalled to see blood under the seat I lifted up. That is considered«Bio hazard» There is no reason to have FILTHY toilets. I have worked in the cleaning industry for most of my life. Offices, Homes and Schools. Pay your workers and Clean up your McDonald’s I will never go there again GROSS!

I read somewhere this was the busiest/most frequented drive through in the Western Suburbs! Count me in! I use the bathroom during my summer job… plus they have the A/C on full blast!
