They never ever get your order right:(

Not very happy today. I ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit meal with a Small Carmel Frappé. I received everything except my sandwich was Egg Sausage and grilled onions? What? I didn’t even know you guys sold that. So basically I paid almost 8 bucks for a hash brown and a drink. Reason being I DESPISE grilled onions. Get it together bro.

Typical mcdonalds food, but the African American male and female who work here when I get here at 1am are super nice, and cool.
This is the reason for the 5 stars.

After a rushed errand at the DMV… which resulted in me NOT getting my driver’s license renewed, because I need a medical report for a condition I do not HAVE, and I didn’t have my phone with me to contact my doctor’s office ASAP… I had to have a rushed lunch which is how I ended up at McDonald’s.
I was still sulking about the DMV when I pulled up to the first window. The guy working the window is potentially my new worst enemy:
«Aw, come on, aren’t you going to smile girl?»
Seriously dude. What if I told you I just found out I had cancer or something?
«Come on angelface!»
WHO ARE YOU CALLING ANGEL FACE?
«You’re 21 today, aren’t you?»
Great. This means I totally DON’T look 21 anymore.
Oh well. I could tell that at least my chicken nuggets were fresh.

Was out running errands and needed to make a quick stop with the kids. We went into this location for the first time and was surprised by how nice the inside of the store was. It has a nice modern clean look (I mean it’s nice for a McDonalds). The employees were so nice to our kids and offered them stickers and took the time to talk to them. They both had a cheeseburger happy meal and this time the fries were good. My husband had a large coffee which is good and only a buck! It was a much better experience than our drive thru experience awhile back.

Went there to pick up a quick breakfast this morning with my son. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, hash browns and cinnamon melts. They had to confirm my oder multiple times. Get to the pay window and they ask me if I ordered a large coke. Got to the pick up window and they asked me if i ordered 4 large cokes. Pulled up to the the wait-​for-​drive-​through spot and had to wait over 15 minutes (probably longer) for my order. They came out with the wrong order. After I received my order, they did not offer any apology for the delay. Food was not «off the grill» hot either. That’s the last time go there that’s for sure.

Very comfy chairs in a very busy establishment. I am having a dosage of mocha frappé to lowermy PISSTIVITY LEVELS… I have found that its impossible to be angry and eat desserts and cereal simultaneously. …you have to choose, your brain literally must lower the anger toxins or vibes in order to enjoy the sweetness… very cool brain I have… so I do mocha frappé or frosted flakes

Mind you this is a 4 star for McDonald’s Unilocal quality. However, even the big guys need a review and not all of them have to be bad. The Wheaton (On Naperville Rd.) McDonalds is one of the best in the area. The food is the food so I judge on service, cleanliness, convenience, speed, atmosphere. This particular McDonald’s has a great management team that feels genuine from top to bottom. I once had a bad strip on my Credit card that wouldn’t go through and instead of denying me service while I was coming up with a solution, the franchisee I believe (a middle aged black man in a leadership roll) gave me my coffee and oat meal… then instead of asking for me to stop and pay him back, he asked me to stop at a McDonalds in an area a little lesser well off than Wheaton and buy a breakfast or two for someone who needed it. And I did. I am a loyal customer to this McDonalds and see such a difference in class at McDonalds than say Burger king or Wendy’s.

The «Murder McDonald’s»…Michael Alphonso killed his girlfriend here. My dad brought him to justice since he fled to Mexico! Thanks, Dad!

I went to get a happy meal at 10:35am on a Tuesday morning. They stop serving breakfast at 10:30am. So you’d assume everything would be fresh… yea nope. Fries so stale I could’ve chipped a tooth.

This is the worst McDonald’s in the area. Horribly consistenly bad service, confused workers, and food that you can not even eat it’s so bad. Yuck.
Kids running everywhere due to the free Playplace, where parents apparently think it’s a drop-​and-​ignore child playground, noise level is atrocious… but what do expect from McDonald’s? Not much!

I went through the drive thru today (Sunday) to order lunch at 10:55 am. They told me that they don’t serve lunch until 11:00. I asked them to take my order and that we would wait for our meal. The teller got the manager «Jose». He told me that they would not take my order because they were not serving lunch until 11:00. (Two weeks earlier they took my order at 10:52 am with no problems). By this time it was 10:58– (2 minutes till 11:00.)
The manager did not listen to anything I was saying, after arguing with me for 5 minutes it was past 11:00. I told him 3 times we would wait for the meal. He was arrogant, and told me he would give me the corporate number to call and complain about the service and then walked away. Of course he didn’t give me the phone number. We waited for 20 minutes and got our order incorrect. But at that point he didn’t want to have anything to do with me. The service is awful and will never go back to this location. The Glen Ellyn location is much more polite and kind. I am amazed they put someone in charge with such little patience and who lacked the ability to listen to his customers. We were very disappointed!!!

A review of McDonalds, insert eye roll here, but I am on a mission to review a lot of places to increase my Unilocal score. You really cannot review the food since there are very few people who dont know what McDs tastes like, so I am reviewing the décor. The inside is very nice and has some character, not like some of the cafertia style locations popping up. (You know who you are… Oak Brook!) Those are so dull. This place has a handful of regular tables, a couple of high top tables and even a couple of tvs.
Usually pretty clean too.
