ARA Cabinets 4 U

We moved into a house where ARA cabinets had been installed. We wanted to change out the pulls with handles. We dealt with Bill. Horrible customer service. Does not return phone calls in a timely manner. Finally got the handles. Then we decided to order more cabinets. After my husband called him on a Thursday to see when the cabinets would come in, he still had not called back the following Tuesday, so I called him. At that point, he was going thru the paperwork to see when they would arrive. By now, I was not nice and asked him to call me back when he had a answer. He had not yet even investigated it! I was wondering if he had even placed the order! Imagine my surprise when I received a letter today saying they no longer represent that line. They enclosed my refund check. I would think if you quit representing a line, you would honor orders already placed. Very disappointed. They don’t even deserve one star!

I recently purchased new kitchen cabinets and counter tops from a wonderful salesman named Bill R who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had many questions and he was very patient with me — which as my husband pointed out is never easy. I also used ARA for installation which went very smoothly — Kevin who was the project was amazing — this guy seems to know everything about all of the mechanical issues involved. Bottom line — we highly recommend ARA Cabinets to anybody looking for a new kitchen or bathroom which we will be coming back for in the near future.

Do not use! They don’t stand behind their work. They redid our kitchen and not only are the cabinets very poor quality, the installation was horrible. We have gaps between cabinets, gaps between cabinets and crown molding, crown molding cut too long and too short to meet properly, spacing between drawesr way off and even a cabinet frame that was installed completely and visually crooked. When any of the problems were pointed out they just didn’t seem to care and only wanted to caulk to fix any problem. Worst and most costly mistake we ever made!!!
