I bought a timer plate for my existing Steam Bath from their mail order website, to replace an existing timer plate that got lost in renovation. Rather than just fill the order blindly, they called me to make sure that this was actually the part that I needed. Thanks to Lance, we determined that what I ordered was NOT the right part, and Lance helped me find the correct part for my situation.

When I undertook the endeavor of wanting a steam room I had no idea where to start. When I did my research and found this company I knew I had the right place. They are very professional and truly committed to helping you end up with a perfect steam bath. The recommendations and follow up were spot on. Any questions were answered quickly. There overall knowledge is second to none.
Now that my Steam shower is complete they are just as cordial with answering questions and making sure everything was top my satisfaction.
If you are planning on ever doing one you can’t go wrong with this operation.
There prices are very, very competitive and they don’t sell what you don’t need.
I also bought a specific speaker for our unit and it is awesome too!
