Love the Taco Bell /KFC. Come here about 3 times a week. The drive-thru staff(girls) are always super friendly.

This is one of the best Taco Bells I have tried so far. Good food and good service for the most part.

We had one bad experience where they forgot our food, but when we called the manager was very nice about it and had the food ready when i cam back and got it. The food tastes fresh

We have never receive chicken tacos, they always substitute beef which is mushy and overly spicy in all TBs. Last time ordered Baha Chalupas and instead of Baha sauce it was sour cream with no taste and shell was soft and white instead of browned and crispy as described. It was like soft taco. We get these items with no problem at other TBs, this just happens to be the closest. People are nice but disappointing to get home with wrong items. Not sure where the meltdown starts, it happens whether drive through or walk in to order. No more though, we found a tiny family owned Mexican place with authentic food served in unique ways and various sauces, fresh meats and fish, even closer, with take out.

This is really a KFC and Taco Bell all in one, and it is better than the average fast food joint. I haven’t had the nerve to try the Taco Bell side, but the KFC part is better than most of its type, and the staff is very efficient and friendly. I have only been there in mid-day, though, and the neighborhood can be iffy after dark, so be careful if you go late.

When I rate a restaurant, I compare at it to other restaurants at the same level in this case fast casual franchised restaurants. So keep that mind. My hubby and I went through the drive through last night. I got the bean burrito which was very tasty and my hubby got some sorty of a meal with a burrito supreme, doritos, and a baja blast soda. He enjoyed his meal too. For the price($ 4.07), we were quite happy. For the record though, I don’t eat meat at «cheap Mexican» restaurants so I always get some sort of dish without meat.

The reason this gets only 3 stars is very specific: Dirty restrooms(very — at least mens is, can’t say I’d know if womens is), and also the general eating area is not always cleaned either. Beyond that, Taco Bell is Taco Bell. If you want that kind of chalupa/pseudo american/mexican food combination, go for it. The quality should be fine(I’ve never had a problem from that aspect), and the service is as to be expected of any fast food place really. Normal drink selection. So really, if you like Taco Bell but are going for drive through, I’d suggest it 100%. If you’re planning to sit down, I’d suggest in the summer outdoors, where its kept clean a bit better. All in all though it should be generally safe to eat with no concerns in that category.

Just your average Taco Bell/KFC combo place as far as I’m concerned. The place usually has pretty quick service(I’ve only gone through the drive-thru at this particular location) but sometimes you can’t understand what the hell the order taker is saying over that loud speaker. I can’t tell you the number of times I sat in my car going«What did he just say? Can you please repeat that?» and then half the time STILL not knowing what they are saying, I just keep repeating my order until they say«Please pull up to the window.» I assume at that point they usually heard what I ordered. But, that in itself leads me to the biggest disappointment about this place… getting all the way home, only to find out they left out one or two items. Argh! Unfortunately, this is the closest Taco Hell to my house, so I’m stuck going there, unless I want to fight for a parking space at Northbrook Court and shlep into the food court — I’d rather drive the extra mile or two to the drive-thru. It is what it is — a fast food joint. Not that I’m saying it’s right, but I guess when you get really fast service, you occasionally sacrifice accuracy.

So … how does one write a review for a fast food joint that’s like every other joint in the franchise? The food was ok, but it was KFC(this is one of those swanky combination Taco Bell/KFC joints) and tasted just like the KFC you’d find here or St. Louis or even Nome Alaska(Do they even have one up there?). Upon walking up to the counter, i was about to order a Chalupa combo(is that really mexican food? or is that something someone in marketing came with? Will i get laughed out of the restaraunt if i try ordering one at a real Mexican restaurant? So many questions … but i digress, back to KFC) and it was then that i saw the three crispy strips meal on the KFC menu and changed my mind(mmm, fried chicken). Having changed my mind on the spot, I didn’t realize it didn’t come with a drink(- 1 *, who the **ck sells combos nowadays without drinks???) but after paying i asked for a small drink and the manager gave it to me on the house(+ 1 * for being nice… or too lazy to ring that up). After getting the free drink, the service was prompt, except instead of getting the sweet corn(off the cobb) i wound up with corn on the cobb(–1 *). Would have said something, but I started craving corn on the cobb, so whatever. Upon sitting down, i found they have one of the greatest marvels of modern cutlery: the spork(+ 1 * just for that!). Just saying the name is fun: spork spork spork! Who thought of combining the two together? Why call it a Spork, and not Fooon? How many disasterous combinations did they go through, like a Knork or a Spnife before settling on the Spork? Was it developed in a Military lab during the height of the cold war? Is it even earth technology, or did it come from Area 51 like Velcro and Microwaves? But again, I digress… So where was I? Oh, yeah, KFC. Not just KFC, but KFC/Taco Bell. Just like all the others. Nice people, quick service. Not bad for fast food. So, three stars. And that’s my review(do people even read reviews before deciding on a fast food place???)
