I hated my haircut… Precise and even are a tough cut for them. She was nice about the mistake and patient when we tried to fix it.
Luckily, they are willing to fix it in 4 – 6 weeks. Good customer service, but novice hairstylists.

Got my hair done for a wedding. They were very polite on the phone and accommodating for the short time frame I gave them. I told my stylist that my hair doesn’t like to hold a curl at all but I still wanted an elegant loose curl down look and she delivered! Not only did my hair stay curled it was still voluminous and loosely curled the next day for another party I had to go to. I am really happy with my experience and would go back again.

Anne Marie is absolutely the best Hair Stylist in the Westchester! Just ask the Ritz Carlton of Westchester in White Plains, who recommends her and uses her for their special events! Best kept secret in town!

Julia is my stylist here, and she is amazing! I have long, straight asian hair, which becomes very thick and heavy when grown out. More often than not, I’ll wait too long before getting my haircut again because of my busy schedule. I always leave with my hair feeling healthy and pampered, and not too much missing. The rest of the staff here is very friendly and is usually sweeping the floors or cleaning while I’m there. Great place and would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a nice little salon with reasonable prices.

I love this place. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Love the head massages I get when they wash my hair. Love the complementary glass of wine or two. Julia has highlighted my hair 3 times so far, and each time I have been more than satisfied. She just gave me some layers that COMPLETELY compliment my face. She is also very personable and kind. Thank you, Salon Diva, for finally giving me a hair place that I can trust!

Best place to get a haircut — I have been getting my hair cut by Maria for 10 years and she is great! The staff there are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. I would never go anywhere else!

I am giving this salon three stars because I liked the atmosphere and the customer service. I did not, however, like my haircut. :(
I knew I was tempting fate by going in for the special rate to get my hair done by a trainee, but I couldn’t help it – the price was just too good. $ 26! My regular salon charges more than twice that, and I’d been putting off a visit for too long because of it.
The trainee was very nice, and I really wanted to like my haircut because I liked her. But I asked for long layers, and what I got was a trim to the ends of my hair, and 1 other, really thick layer. I couldn’t tell when I left the salon, because of the way it was blow-​dried; but after I washed my hair again and let it air-​dry, it became obvious (I almost never blow-​dry my hair, and I always tell my stylists that so I can try to get a good low-​maintenance haircut).
I called the salon after a week or so had passed, to let them know I was unhappy with my haircut, and to find out if they would fix it for me. They generously obliged, so I went back for an appointment with the owner and the trainee (the owner did my hair while the trainee watched). She cut some shorter layers into my hair.
What I wound up with, as a result, were shorter layers in the back, and longer layers around my face. Not a flattering look. The shorter layers are kind of out of control and frizzy, and the hair around my face falls flat.
Now I have an appointment to go back to the more expensive salon, to try to undo the damage. So much for my attempt to save money. Live and learn, right?
