Dunkin’ Donuts

You know, I hate coffee, but I’ve been inclined to drink it lately with cream and sugar because I’m literally that tired. Honestly?! I don’t have as many qualms with this place. I almost order the same thing every time and they’ve only messed it up once. Alas, DD iced coffee is not strong enough. Guess I need to start getting espresso or something.
I’ve seen them have lines at around 8am, but if you go in between 6−7am, no lines and it’s fully stocked. Their variety of donuts seems small in comparison to other DD’s I’ve been to. But they always have my chocolate cake donut. That is, until you reach the afternoon. They run out of the good ones fast, but it seems through complaints that the place has started to get their shit together and I’ve seen them last longer lately. I suppose it depends on the day.
The place always looks clean to me and the staff are mostly friendly. One not friendly at all and the one uncomfortably friendly.

I’m officially done with this DDs. The coffee has never been satisfying enough but the last straw was when I could barely scarf down the bagel I ordered. I don’t ever remember having a good experience there. Only having to stop at a different DDs after to either add more cream/​sugar to my coffee, or just order a new one entirely.
Idk what it is about this location that makes it so shitty but I’ll ever go back again to find out.

This place was a hot. mess. the other day. They had a line out the door, only 3 people working (one seemed very new and didn’t know what he was doing), Wifi wasn’t working, the oven went down so you had to wait 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, they were out of oreo, and the sandwiches they did make were wrong. I’m not a big fan of Dunkin’ anyways… but this was just craziness. I don’t know how they are still up and running!

I run on Dunkin– and this one is a pretty good location except for a few things: they tend to run out of donuts. If you visit on off peak hours, say in the late afternoon, chances are all the good donuts (even the munchkins) will be gone! Which can be totally disappointing when you are coming in for a sweet treat and are faced with empty racks. I guess they get a delivery in the morning and that’s all they have for the day. Otherwise though, the coffee is good, the place is clean, and the location is accessible.

Just to keep it funky, I will admit that Dunkins isn’t my favorite donut place. But I do appreciate variety in my neighborhood so I will visit places like this time to time. With that being said this particular location… sucks. I don’t like saying that but they do. Every time I go there they never have what I want (Blueberry Cake donut), why? It’s never clean and is it me or is there a cauldron in the back where they boil their coffee? You can never order it and just drink it. It’s basically a rule to wait half hour before you can even take the lid off of your cup or else you may get a 3^rd degree burn.
Walked to this location on Saturday with my hubs and kiddo and ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 hashbrowns, no donut because they didn’t have blueberry cake, coffee (my husband has the patients to wait forever to drink it) and diet coke. My sandwich (chicken and biscuit) was burnt, the lady taking my order got angry because I asked if they had any donuts, and the tables where dirty.
Nawww, I’ll go to Pick N Save next time, deuces!

Okay so America runs on dunkin, well the way it’s running today I sure hope America isn’t running like THIS dunkin! Employees were OKAY, the manager seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. Very standoffish! If you enjoy service of this sort sure come on down. If you prefer a welcoming warm environment where the selection is all there then look elsewhere. Because this location seems to not have anything on the shelves, food shortage possibly?! I’d highly recommend going to the other dds down the road. DD get your act together, your customers are the ones who keeps your paychecks coming! America Runs on attitude there! Just saying!

This Dunkin’ is A-​OK. The coffee is hot, the donuts taste fresh, and the sandwiches are good. Service has been all right– usually very friendly but at times I’ve needed to remind them of a forgotten item. The seating options are limited so it can be tough to grab a spot during busy times. The location is great– just east of Bayshore Mall and west of Whitefish Bay– nice areas to walk around while enjoying your coffee. All in all, worth the visit.

The donuts are delicious, but the service at this location is outrageously bad! I have been here numerous times, most recently today. It is Valentine’s Day, and Friday, so I expected a bit of a line, but there must have been 20 people in front of me. I waited for about 10 minutes and in that time, the line didn’t move and no one’s orders were filled. (Ended up leaving after that).
Service here is always extremely slow; i routinely wait for 15 or 20 minutes behind just a few people. Also, if you order a breakfast sandwich, it will take them a long time to make it. If you have time to kill, the food is fine and the donuts are some of my favorites.

I love dunkin donuts and go to this location multiple times a week. I am giving it two stars because they constantly are out of donuts. They have even been out of iced tea and decaf coffee! They really need to be prepared for the whole day and have there products in stock, it’s very frustrating.

I was happy they finally came here but they NEVER have the donuts I want in stock. I’ve been there 4 times this week at different times and I always leave empty handed. They only make one batch a day… which does not make sense if they are open till late. Definitely not impressed.

Dude I’m just happy that Dunkin Donuts has finally come to Milwaukee. While you can never go wrong with a blueberry cake donut, you absolutely have to get the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich. Also, the hot chocolate is awesome. Still pretty new so it’s very clean, and the staff is very patient with the n00bz who take forever to order a their donuts.

I had not been to a donut place in about 10 years so I was very surprised when I walked into this new Dunkin Donuts and found big changes. They are not all about donuts anymore. There are sandwiches, oatmeal, bagels, croissants and a variety of juice and coffee drinks. It will give the other coffee places in this neighborhood some good competition. It was clean. Staff were friendly. This will be a great addition to the downtown and if you’re passing by, it’s just a few blocks from the interstate.
