Made an on-line reservation from their website, recommended since the line was fairly long. Food was great — tilapia stuffed w/crabmeat and version of surf & turf(filet & shrimp scampi). Food was prepared well except some of the shrimp slightly undercooked, otherwise good. Prices are fair and the service was excellent(Jennifer B.) checked on us several times. Wine list above average, will come back again

Love the tuna and great selection of appetizers. Martinis are a must have when dining here.

I have been here a couple times, but this past time was sub par. Saturday night it was packed, there is no room for guests to stand while they wait for there table. They are standing on top of each other and blocking the doorway. I do enjoy the ambience of the dining room. My «Mule» drink was amazing, I truly enjoyed it and recommend it to anyone. The«bang bang» shrimp is also very good. It is as good as advertised. The steak and crab cake dinner was very small and I was disappointed with the portion size. My side of mac and cheese was bigger than the main course. I also was thrown off by the paper bag style table cloth. I thought this chain was suppose to be of higher class then say a red lobster. At the end of the meal, the bus staff rolls up the paper and throws its out. Replacing it with another pre cut paper bag style table cloth. I would expect that at a picnic but not at a restaurant on a Saturday night. I may be back for drinks and appetizers, but for a nice dinner, looking to try something new.

I know this is a chain restaurant but my overall impression was subpar compared to the other bonefish grills I have been to. The service was ok… Started out slow even though it wasn’t that busy and then it seemed like the food came out all at once. The biggest complaint I have is the music which was loud and horrible. Also the bathrooms were really weird because i had to practically stand on the toilet to get in and out of the stall. The food was decent but for the amount of money we paid I would have much rather gone somewhere else.

Overall, Bonefish is a good chain restaurant. I’ve been a couple times but never left a review. I finally felt compelled to after dining there last week. Our server, Givon, was great! He was very friendly and helpful. He was very attentive without being too much. He really made the experience a great one. I would give him 5 stars. However the food is more lacklustre and I would give 3 stars. The Wagyu Beef & Ginger Potstickers weren’t that great and the Shrimp Pad Thai was overcooked. The Fish Tacos and soups are usually good. The cocktails are always good and I love their bread with pesto.

This was my first visit to a bonefish grill Predominantly because there aren’t any around back @Home. I stopped by this store mostly because it was adjacent to the Apple Store that I had to travel to in this particular area or mall to pick up my new iPhone 6s Plus. **Our Server *Kristin S. Was very pleasant and readily able to fill us in about any questions or curiosities that we had about the fare as well as able to give us a few recommendations of her own.

Everything tasted microwaved or reheated this is glorified fast food. I will never be back.

Been back a few times, big fan. Love the fresh fish, nice service and good atmosphere. The spicy tuna bowl was so good! The ginger ale is weirdly the best I have had from any restaurant. They are a little pricey, and the entrees aren’t the largest but the quality is worth it. They are very understanding with allergies, and with special request like changing a vegetable(if you ask). I am not 21 so I can not tell you how the drinks are at the bar, but they do have a nice selection of drinks. I usually go whenever I am at the mall for lunch or dinner! I do enjoy this chain restaurant very much.

Overall, I think Bonefish Grill is an excellent chain, but my experience for lunch was okay at best. They offer a gluten free menu, but for lunch, the selections are extremely sparse, so I’d recommend stopping in more with the dinner crowd if you have the same affliction that I have. I ended up having a chicken salad given the lack of options. The remainder of my fiancees family seemed like they enjoyed their meals of various sandwiches that they had available. The service was slow, seemingly making us feel forgotten at times and it took a very long time to get the check. The food was good, but the selection and service left more to be desired.

We were greeted when we walked in before our reservation time and sat immediately. Friendly and wonderful. Our server Emily promptly greeted us. She was never invasive always attentive. Had suggestions that were sound and was a delite. On a date it’s so nice to have good service that doesn’t interfere and so pleasant. She gave top notch amazing service. The kitchen was on point. Flavor profiles were very well thought out and plated well. Presentation and taste exquisite. The two cocktails we ordered from the bar were a treat as well. So highly satisfied might be an understatement. Second time I’ve been and both times great. This is so the place you should be going too.

Upping my review 1 star to a 3. In the past I had horrible food and decent service. That was 2013. My wife and I have been coming here a bit recently and the food has been much better. I genuinely Ely enjoyed the Kobe burger with egg(but I substitute goat cheese). I also very much enjoy the lobster roll. Issues: it is a complete flip flop now. The service is deplorable. The hostesses make us feel unwelcome and they seem unprofessional. The restaurant keeps changing their policy on whether or not they automatically provide bread at lunch and brunch. The waitresses are generally quite slow and unresponsive.

So let me just say, if I could give this place 10 stars I most definitely would. It was date night and we always wanted to try this place and this time we were determined to. We were so glad we did. Everything from the atmosphere, to the food, to the exceptional service was just out of this world. Our server, Amber S. was training a new server and I can see why they chose her to do so. She was so incredibly cheery that it was infectious. She made her job look like so much fun. Plus she was super attentive and knowledgeable about the menu; even making food and drink suggestions that we did not regret. Amber aside, the manager, Tom, came over to our table not once but twice to check on how we were doing. Given that it was our first time there, he consistently made it known that he was available should we need anything(he even cleared some of our plates), and gave us a coupon for free Bang Bang Shrimp for our next visit. We felt like celebrities and were beginning to wonder if people thought we were because of the exemplary service we received. Now let’s talk about the food. Every dish tasted better than the last. The infamous Bang Bang Shrimp did not disappoint. It. Was. DELICIOUS!!! So was the calamari. The pomegranate martini and the cucumber margarita(which Amber suggested) were AMAZING!!! So much so that we had two each!!! The first course was so good that we both sat there like two giddy little children on Christmas Eve waiting for Santa to come and bring the phenomenal entrée. And boy Santa did not disappoint!!! We both ordered the Filet Mignon and lobster tail. UNBELIEVABLE!!! They even served the melted butter in a bowl over a lit candle so as to keep it warm. Crazy! Wait!!! Wait!!! I almost forgot about the freaking warm sweet bread that they served with the basil pesto. Now, I’m dieting and off bread, but when I saw the look of pure ecstasy on my husband’s face when he dipped that bread in the pesto and placed it in his mouth, I had no choice but to take to it like a Hoover vacuum. No shame. It was that good. Finally, we culminated this fine fare with a slice of key lime pie, which was by far the best I’ve ever had. It even made my husband, who had never tasted key lime pie, a fan. That’s saying a lot for a picky eater like him. Overall, it was an absolutely positive experience. I can’t recommend this place enough. We left there with our palates satisfied and our stomachs full. We will definitely be back for next months date night. I. Can’t. Wait.

Good service. Decent meal. Nothing really bad to say about the restaurant. But not much to get excited about. One of those better places to eat by the mall. Did not get a boner from bonefish.

Food awesome !!! Service slow… Since it is Valentines Day, I will let them slide. Had the ribeye, wife had sea bass. Both were excellent. Will be back for sure. A little pricey, but we enjoyed so price was not an issue.

We used to come here on a semi frequent basis and it was great. It looks like there is a new manager who is appalling. He stood in the entrance to the kitchen yelling at employees and then sat at the bar reading Wine Spectator. He needs to treat this restaurant like it’s not a chain. This is not the experience you want when you pay money for an evening out with the family. Used to like this but this manager needs to go…

I have been a Bonefish Grill fan ever since first trying them in Secaucus about 9 years ago. So I was happy to find one here in Allentown. Besides the Bang Bang Shrimp that I always order I tried a sampler this time. In order to get this sample we had to be two — the sampler featured a small Filet Mignon, a small lobster tail and some grilled fish. The food was great but I think for the amount of food we got it was over priced — we could have ordered individual entrees which probably would have worked out better.
