I went to this store because I had some free time and wanted to see if these beds were as great as they say. They were having a sale on the iLE model for ½ price which ended that day. I checked out the bed and it was comfortable. I thought it was too much money($ 3100 at ½ price). I could not make up my mind but the clerk whose name was Laurie assured me that«it would only cost me $ 199 to try it if I returned it within a hundred days.» I almost left, but I figured that it would be nice to try it and see if I woke up without aces and pains. I was still nervous about signing the multiple page conditions, but the clerk ensured me it would only cost me $ 199 if I returned it. I even wrote this fact on the contract. I decided to return the bed and they charged me the $ 179 to deliver the bed AND $ 199 to pick it up totaling $ 378 plus tax. I complained to customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. I asked and did speak to a supervisor and she looked into it. She said she spoke with the clerk and the clerk said she never said such a thing and there was no notation on the contract. I told them to send me a copy and sure enough it had my writing stating $ 199 to return. I said there is the proof, but she said it does not mention anything about the delivery charge which was true enough. I got burned for trusting their lying clerk.
