Wingstop

Forget BW3, I’m all about Wingstop now, that is, until I find something in my food. The price is about the same as BW3 though I’m not so sure they have deals similar to them such as Tuesday Wing Night.
Anyway, their wings are sooo good. I always order online and then just go in to pick it up. They offer many yummy flavors to choose from but my favorites are atomic (super hot) and mango habanero (hot and sweet). I haven’t tasted all their sides so I can’t speak on those but the seasoned fries and rolls are… making me salivate just thinking about it.

Love coming here, service is good and fast. Food is always on point, never had a issue.

We ordered from here during the osu/​bama game i placed the order two hours before the game started so I would not have to wait on the food. Once I came to pick up the food the lady told me my food was almost ready…20 minutes later my food was finally ready and i took it back home. Once I got there I opened up the boxes to see some of the most pathetic looking wings I have ever seen. Maybe it is the fact I ate at roosters so many times that I was spoiled by them. But these wings are not worth the price they are charging. I see many positive reviews on here but for me I’ll either go back to roosters or make them at home, at least feel I am getting my moneys worth.

Other reviews noted good service, I agree. I not only listened myself, but overheard a manager dealing with what I was sure was a ridiculous customer complaint, with a professional and courteous tone.
Food is good, nice size boneless wings. One star off is for the sauces though, the hawaiin sauce was a very faint flavor, and the original hot wasn’t really hot at all (not even up to a buffalo hot standard). I’ll ask for a side of atomic next time and mix it in for my own kick.

Great food and great customer service. First time at a wing stop and was quite impressed.

So, a short bit about me. I work nights. I get home at 8am. I like lunch for breakfast and vice-​versa. Now, onto the experience.
I start calling for food at 10am. I’m actually looking for Chinese, but I’m not getting an answer. I usually eat Happy’s Pizza/​Wings/​etc, so was just not in the mood. I had tried Wing Stop 2x before and found it really good, so I thought… okay, wings it is.
I call at 10:20. The store does NOT OPEN until 11am. However… HOWEVER, the manager stops me from hanging up and says, «Well, how soon do you need it?» I work in customer service (Hospitlaity) and I wasn’t about to put him through the bullshit ringer like so many customers treat hotel/​restaurants, so I offered 11am. He said, «you sure? I’m here, we could whip something up anyway.»
Well, I still offered to wait until 11am. The cashier (someone else) greeted me, their first guest of the day, promptly, courteously, and Waltons-​style (if you don’t know what that is, ask your grandparents, they’ll chuckle and let you know…)
I am sold on this place. I hope it becomes a Whitehall fixture. Even without this home run of a transaction, they are now batting 3-​for-​3. The test of great customer service is not weighted by one experience, but the quality in the long run — and WING STOP HAS IT.
