I went to eat breakfast yesterday morning with a friend. They had a good amount of customers coming and going which reflected on the customer service overall. waiter was nice, however, he appeared to be over worked, he didn’t take the time to listen to our order(he was hearing, not listening). When our order was brought to the table he handed the plates of food to us instead of placing them down on the table and brought the wrong drink, hence, the food was cold. I told him(waiter) that the sausage I order ed did not taste good therefore didn’t eat it, his responds was, «okay.» As we paid at the register, I informed the young lady that I was requesting the sausage to be deleted from my bill(I know it not much $, however, I needed to make sure they understand that customers service is important), due to not liking how the sausage tasted and let her know that I was not offered an alternative. When the manager was made aware, she in front of the us and other customers lectured the waiter who attended to us. I felt bad for the waiter, the manager should have waited or pulled him as side to privately address it with him.

The last time my family came here the service was HORRIBLE. Today was a short at school for my Grandkids and they chose Denny’s. IMSORRYTOSAY, THEFOODWASHORRIBLE!!! I ordered the Ranchero Telapia plate and the cook left off the«Ranchero sauce», my grandson’s bacon was like bacon jerky, and AGAIN the service was HORRIBLE! I have the AARPCARD so there’s at 15% discount off the ENTIREBILL. She showed us our bill, we gave her the AARPCARD, she returned with the«Discounted bill» only to see that SHEDIDNTDISCOUNTANYTHING, she swears she did but guess what? I took a picture of the ORIGINALBILL and showed it to her to compare, ITWASIDENTICAL, NODISCOUNT!!! She went back and FINALLY gave us a discount of $ 8.98!!! would have been added toward her tip, but not today. I WILLNEVERGOBACK

Stop in for breakfast today for the wife’s birthday she got the grand slam which was free due to her birthday, I ordered the lumber jack check came out to $ 14 and some change not bad. Service was great not that many people in today when we were there. And all we were very happy.

If I can give them a negative star I would. Went a few months ago in the evening and had a hair in my food. I told the waitress and she apologized had them make another plate only to find they simply switched the plate because the hair was on the new plate. Very disgusting! I now called the manager a female and told her this was completely unacceptable by her staff. She apologized but still charged a dish I didn’t eat. I gave this place another shot and there was once again a hair in my plate. This was an afternoon and a male waiter and male manager. Manager brought me a whole new plate before he took mine to make sure the food was new. Unfortunately I couldn’t eat it anymore :(they at least took the item off my order. They seriously need to wear hair nets!

As it is Indislike coming to Dennys only come with mkms cause she likes it, but never again am I coming to this dennys the customer service is horrible. The waiter brought our food and didn’t bring any syrup i waited 5 minutes had to get up myself and ask for some not only that my pancakes got really cold. I don’t recommend this dennys to anyone. I don’t know why I keep torturing myself and coming back to this place this time the waitress was slow she look like she only had half a brain the food was okay until I came across a hair underneath my hash brown it was disgusting wiry. Horrible Customer Service!!! I called to place an order To Go and the girl who answered left me on hold for 5 mins. I finally hung up when I heard her greeting a customer and talking about how long she had been working there. She apparently knew the customer walking in. I called the Denny’s off Pioneer Blvd and they took my order as soon as they answered.

Where do I start, the staff always take forever to sit us, the tables where dirty I mean every single one except the tables in the middle thats for larger groups. there is a dennys worker there that looks into people’s cars if u leave the window down so I’m guessing people’s cars are not safe, he drives a mustang so keep a look out. Let’s just say this place sucks

Like was too long at Original House of Pancakes. The food is better here than IHOP. We enjoy breakfast her at all house since they are open 24 hours. Bathrooms are clean. Service is pleasant. Floor plan redone with larger booths feels awkward when it’s just two people. Food is always freshly prepared. Good coffee but gets cold quick. Don’t forget to tip your wait service.

Either I over charged or they are overpriced, order to build your own burger with bacon and avocado, each additional item was $ 1, burger was over $ 12! Can get a burger 5 times better at Slater 50⁄50 for the same price!

Entire restaurant is like county jail dirty. The waitress who was apparently the manager as well, took my order wrong after letting her know I’m lactose .she brought me cheddar cheese melted on my eggs. So waiting 20 minutes to re make my simple omlette, she brings my food and walks away, I noticed my meal came with a fruit bowl, so, I reminded her… no condiments on the tables and cold bread which is odd… won’t return ever.

Decent customer service! Air condition isn’t as cool as we want it to be but not too bad! The food was okay, not too shabby! Wouldn’t mind going back! They have a buzzer but the waitresses come to you anyways! It’s nice cause there’s not alot of people there making too much noise like the other Denny’s! The food comes out pretty quickly!

Ate here 3 days in a row for breakfast. 1st day the bathrooms were out of order, but you could wash your hands… no biggie for us. They were fixed by the next day. The Hostess remembered us after the 1st visit. The waitresses were friendly and courteous. Service was prompt and food was delicious(day 1&2). Day 3 — came later than previous 2 days and the staff wasn’t the same. The manager took our order cause the place was a bit busy. It took a while longer to get our food, but that was okay. We got a good laugh and some complimentary stuff cause the order kept getting screwed up. At one point I got some coffee and at the same time my hubby asked for the milk he ordered. The waiter brought him milk in a small syrup cup and we joked about it being a shot of milk. All-in-all it was a great place.

Oh Denny’s … You guys were busy tonight … And we had a great server Frances but … Food was poor and not brought correctly … Club sandwich on sourdough is what I ordered but not what I got and my avocado was brown. My daughters spaghetti was so watery I had to pour it out some before she could eat it. My other daughters fish wasn’t brought with shrimp because our waitress didn’t type in the correct order. I had a long day so I came for the kids eat free dinners and that was it. Tough today Denny’s tough today …

Worst service I’ve had so far, had to get up to have a waiter take my order after 30 minutes of waiting. If I would I would give no stars. Messed up on our order and tried to say sorry by giving us free fries(with a hair on the fries) eww… And apples. One of my pet peeve is that as soon as I got my food I got the check! I did have another server named Michael that saw how they forgot about me and came to see if I needed anything else. Tip going to him.

Disappointed. We were sitting at the counter waiting for our food. Not trying to listen to angel and his fellow cook working we heard them talking to a waitress about an order. She said«angel, this isn’t what they ordered.» His response«take it anyways. They won’t know.» Really… I’m sitting right in front of you guys. Our hashbrowns were burnt and our eggs were totally under cooked. Santa fe skillet was okay. I’ve had better a dennys off Slauson and pioneer high school. Servers were nice and professional not as attentive as I would expect. Overall, not returning.
