While I am by no means a fan of Gamestop, I can’t help but want to bring the poor average for this location up, as it is one of the best ones I have been to.’ My son had a giftcard he wanted to use and while looking up the nearest location, I almost drove further just to not come here. Glad I ignored the reviews and came here. Huge location, tons of parking, expansive selection and very friendly service. My son found what he wanted right away, used for a better price and we were out in a flash, no lines, no wait like most other locations.

I’d reserved a game for my daughter called Witchery and the super nice guy with a beard and reddish hair helped me. I feel ashamed that I forgot his name but he was always been super friendly and super nice!!! He is always very patient with me and takes the time to explain the games for me. I always tell him what interests me and a couple of times he has picked very entertaining games for me. This is the only game stop I will go to.

I went to this Gamestop recently even though Unilocal says that the RH location is closer(What?) anyways it was nice to have the guy not try to sell me on 50 magazine subscribtions and junk. Thanks man!

I have been in here multiple times and they have said that they have the games I am looking for but when they go back to look for it, the physical copy is never there which I am a little disappointed in because I went down there because of its location Other times I have to go ask for help and they usually never even say hi :/ Its a great store don’t get me wrong but when it comes to even saying hi, it just isn’t good when that doesn’t even happen

a location that you can buy most –new– games systems and games. do Not attempt to find anything past last generation’s system’s or games… because if you are lucky they’ll have that(but they most likely will not. these chain stores carry, and buy systems as well as games, controllers, memory cards and other such things for the systems themselves. do not think that you will get much for them though, because they will give you the minimum amount for each given item. but if you are looking for new games, systems, whatever else… then this is the place to come.

Its a pretty nice store. I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened and they’ve never not had the game I needed or wanted. Lets say out of six friends who I know that have gone to this place four of them liked it while the other two never returned. The service has been minimal to good. They’re helpful and knowledgable about games and its a great location in the Whittwood Town Center.

As a retro gamer, I don’t go to Gamestop TOO often. When I do go, it’s to buy rare games for current consoles and last-gen consoles(PS2, Gamecube). There’s only two employees here who are awesome, and the rest are just really annoying and don’t take ANYTHING you say seriously. They think that they have ALL the answers, but they don’t. They think that because they work at Gamestop, they’re automatically filled with logic about games. THEY’RENOT. Yes, most of them ARE gamers, and while this may seem like a no-brainer, and a good thing, it’s not. It’s REALLYREALLY not. Especially when some of the employees are the stereotype of what you’d expect a gamer who works at a video game store to look like. They’re rude, arrogant, assume you don’t know anything and that they have all the answers, and, well… just flat out rude. sorry to repeat myself there. I honestly have nothing else to say. I’ve been to some gamestops that have nice employees, but this one just has a few rude employees that ruin the entire experience. Unfortunately, they DID have some great employees that have been let go, or had left over the years, and that’s unfortunate. Some of them, when throwing away strategy guides, which they do after having them for so long, would give some to me and my friend if we happen to be in the store. that’s how I got my Twilight Princess and Fallout 3 guides. not saying that free stuff makes this place better, but it just seemed like a more friendly environment over-all back then.

Worst GameStop ever visited. Waited in line for 15 minutes, in full view of the cashier, as the next customer in line. We were here to buy a Vita and a PS3 game. Once it was our turn, the cashier immediately told us that this was NOT the line. It was to our right. Not only was he rude and NOT caring of customers(he could have told us we were not in line while we waited for 15 minutes), he was just not fit to be working here with the attitude he seemed to have. Will NOT be coming back here.
