The service is fast and efficient, the menu is varied and the food is always as you expect, good! Can’t go wrong with fast food here, they fix it like you want and quickly

This place is beyond disgusting! I ordered the regular buttery jack and it tastes like someone just threw the burger in the microwave and served it! Why is my bread freaking toasted when it isn’t supposed to be?! Was it pre made? I am absolutely disgusted, and I am never coming here again! I do not recommend this place at all!!! 0 stars if it were up to me!

No way!!! There was a long hair on my sons burger. I will never eat at this place again and other jack in the box as well. Lately it has been worse then McDonalds.

Love how the line is never long on the inside or out. They are always on top of things and serve you fast and with a smile.

I come here all the time during lunch. Always quick. Tables are usually not wiped, but other than that I love coming to this Jacks.

Two stars because My 11 yr old likes the chicken strips. Unfortunately, two stars because we found a piece of non woven fabric in them, posted a picture of it. Yea, I know great hands should have been a hand model. Well I presented the foreign object to the counter crew and they gave us another order of curly fries.
No apology, just let us get you another order? Needless to say my 11yr old was simply disgusted and decided to take the fries home to her sibling!
Probably won’t be visiting this location anytime soon, hit the road Jack!

Friendly service but staff needs better training — seems like they have high attrition as there is always someone new and does not know what to do. Owners better wake up — hopefully franchise will fine them or change owners. Avg wait is 15 min… not fast food.

The food is always fresh and the staff is very friendly. It’s clean too.

I don’t often frequent fast food joints, but when I do, I expect it to live up to the name of FAST food. This particular store seems to have speed of service issues. I have been here three times in the last year. and every time they have taken fifteen or more minutes to get me through the drive thru. I admit that the cashiers have always been very friendly and even apologetic about the wait, but «Sorry» only works on me once or twice from the same person or source. JITB, I love your tacos, but they are hardly worth the wait. Note to the GM: Train your staff or learn about speed of service. Oh, and when I say I’d like A LOT of taco sauce, that means more than three packets. I’ll give you one more chance Jack. If you screw up again, it’s time for me to hit the road and not come back!

What can you say? It’s a fast food place. At least this jack in the box is made fresh to order.

I agree with the other reviewer. The employees at this location are friendly and never seem grumpy. This location is also one of the newer, renovated Jack in the Cracks, although I’m not crazy about the new seating arrangement inside.

Everyone at this location is always friendly.
