The lady, Miriam/​Myriam really needs to leave her personal issues at home. She gave me attitude when I asked if I could substitute one mashed potatoes and gravy for a Mac and cheese. Then when I paid, I forgot to order drinks so I let her know and you could tell that she got really bothered by that. Miriam, that’s the job, this is what you have to do, customers asking questions or changing up the order until they like it. If you don’t want to do that job, go find another job that you CAN be good at because you do not have good customer service skills. It’s obvious that you don’t like working there.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I can’t tell you how many times they completely messed up my order, they ran out of pickles for the chicken littles and they run out of sauces all the time.
It’s fast food though.
I still go there as it’s by my house.

This KFC has a new manager (Romi). He is the type of Mgr this chain needs. Not a fan of KFC of the location off Imperial as their service blows. Went to lunch here today with a coworker and she ordered a chicken little on the side. When we got our order I noticed it wasn’t on the tray. The cashier didn’t put on order and we mentioned it. My friend was good with it but the Manager said to give it to us on the house. Now that’s good service. :)

KFC has the best goddamn coleslaw in the world. Everything is there is quite below average, but what you’d expect to find at a greasy fast food fried chicken joint. But holy hell, their coleslaw is amazing. I’ve eaten coleslaw at fancy restaurants, and it tastes like shit compared to KFC.

went to pick up food from the drive thru, my son wanted wings. the lady said it will be 6mins to drive to the lobby parking lot and will bring them out too you. ok 6 mins, 7mins, 8 mins, 9 mins, 10mins, 11 mins were up… my son says whats taking so long, i go in they see but dont say anything. then the lady says can i help you, i said yes we are waiting for our wings… the drive thur lady says your still waiting? bitch if i wasnt waiting then why would i be up here looking for some wings. service is horrible. but she did give us 10 extra wings.

Best KGC of all. My family orders the KGC here a lot and gotta say the chicken is always freshly cooked. The pieces are seasoned perfectly and the skin is always so crispy. Only thing i’d say about this particular KFC is that every time we order from the drive thru, the employees’ fingers are always bright red/​pink. It always throws me off because it makes me feel like they just finished a bag of flamin hot cheetos and we interrupted them mid lick. haha its prolly just from seasoning though… i hope.

I think I have now decided to never go to any KFC again.
It’s bad enough that they are overpriced, but this store gave me hard biscuits and old chicken strips at about 6pm on a week night.
I’m over it.

Staff would rather text on their phones than take your order. No real management anywhere in site. Super ghetto style. Complained to corporate three times and got no response.

Service here is better than anywhere else. The staff here is friendly and they are not stingy with the sauce. Each time we order KFC buckets we asked for extra sauce with no hassle and free of charge. Also, you may find this location’s price cheaper because they are more generous with their servings compare to other branch.
Foodwise, KFC chicken are just alright. Not so delicious and not so bad either. I gave 4 stars for the service.

Live across the street, and my husband and I would get take out there all the time until I got a potpie that was not cooked enough. I thought it would be ok because it is a big chain, why would the serve something not cooked all the way? Big mistake because I was sick ALL night from just eating a few bites! Decent KFC just check potpie before you leave with takeout.
