Rude, dirty and lazy staff… bathrooms never cleaned. and who does not sale ice cream via drive thru at night? Are u kidding me? Not only is this place unhealthy and I shouldn’t eat here neither should anyone else

This place is getting worse! Hotel room my order at the window, I paid for it and she walked away so I asked for my cup (since I have to pour it myself) and she responds with rolling eyes «they’ll give to you». So I go to the end of the counter and ask for my cup. Meanwhile the original girl is just standing around. I pour my sofa and they tell me I have to wait 5 more minutes for the crispy chicken. Forget it… Give me beef so I can get out of here! I hope they get the automated machines that take your order here… I don’t support $ 15 for this kind of service…

Ok so finally had to Unilocal this spot! Drive thru was ridiculous so we came inside. Still waited 10 min for a six piece nugget? Seriously?! Its like the workers dont care anymore! Something needs to change asap! I will call corporate cuz this is the end for me and this spot, time to find another, more attentive mcd’s

This place has screwed up my order for the second and very last time. I was there this morning and ordered two sausage and egg Mc Muffins through the drive thru. After initially hearing me wrong I told the guy working the window that I wanted two sausage and egg Mc muffins. The person assured me it would be fixed at the window. When I got to work low and behold they gave me the original mistaken order. The place just seems to be run very piss poor despite one or two nice young ladies with friendly demeaors. I’m finished with this particular McDonald’s.

Negative stars if possible — absolutely the WORST McDonalds ever!!! After today, I’m never returning to this McDonalds. They had a small car incident in the parking lot and all the employees like kids all gather and gossip about this accident while a line of customers build up. I ordered my food, breakfast mcgriddle and it took them 15 minutes to get my fucking order — are you serious — Most unprofessional.

Great customer service ! Always greeted with a smile no matter what time im there. Especially my crack of dawn coffee At 5 am.

All I wanted was a cup of coffee, but somehow they took 8 mins to get it to me. The clerk could have just turned around and poured me a cup, but instead she told me to wait at the other end of the counter. I spoke to the manager ad complained about the long wait, he didn’t even say sorry. He just said he’d have a talk with his clerk…

I just got off from work (5am) and as I am driving home I noticed this McDonalds on the way. I usually don’t eat at this time but I watched «Big Daddy» the other day so I have been craving those Sausage McMuffin with Egg! Haha. So I went through the Drive-​Thru and placed my order. 2 Sausage McMuffins WITH Egg! There was a few cars ahead of me but waiting was not that long. So far I am pleased ;-) The lady at the window gave me the biggest smile and said «Good morning señorita!» which totally made my day! When she handed me my bag with the goodies I checked to see if she had given me «napkins & ketchup» (I don’t know what it is but for some reason I NEVER GET KETCHUP with my order and I ALWAYS get just ONE napkin!!) Anyhow, I asked her for ketchup and more napkins and this time I did not get those «rolling eyes» I usually get which I was even more impressed… So I am driving home finally after a long night. Anxious to get home so I can enjoy my breakfast. –still driving with a big smile on my face– I get home, I come into my room, I get comfortable in my bed, (Yes, I do eat breakfast in bed. Haha) So I open my bag to get my Muffins and what I do I see? Ughhh. I got 2 Sausage McMuffins WITH NO FREAKIN EGG!!! Nooooooooooo!!! I should’ve known this was too good to be true!
I never tend to call and complaint. But this time I did it because hell nah. Messing with my breakfast. It’s like messing with my emotions! –Big Worm’s voice– So I called and explained to the manager what had happened and the only reason I am giving a 4 star review is because even though the lady at the window messed up my order, she did greet me with a big smile and I really appreciate that. I LOVE when people smile at me! I know people make mistakes and it wasn’t like she gave me the wrong order on purpose, it was 5:30am so I understand. The manager on the phone was very nice to me and she apologized with the sweetest voice and said I could go back at anytime and they will give me the correct order AND a free Apple Pie for the inconvenience! WooOo-​hooOo!
So I guess I’ll just wait till tomorrow for my free breakfast because I am beat. Good night!!!

As you first walk into this location you’ll notice a very pleasant design and welcoming feel. This older location was remodeled about 2 years ago and IMO they hit a home run with it. This location is an internet surfers MacDream, with seating designed to give a sense of privacy as well a s comfort during those long study or web surfing sessions. There is a regular clientele of peeps here who do just that so you won’t be alone. 5 stars
Staff: As much as I like the location I like the vast majority of this staff even more. Overwhelmingly most of the team here service the customers with a smile on their face and that’s pretty hard to find at a Mickey D’s. Grace is constantly at work cleaning, and Bruno the asst. Manager provides great customer service with a huge smile on his face. Amber loves her job and is and eager to greet customers with a beautiful smile. The only real negative is one of the female assistant managers who consistently seems to be a grump. The rest of the staff however is so overwhelmingly positive that I still have to rate them high. 5 stars
Cleanliness: Overall they do a fine job with this location, but I have noticed a bit more attentiveness to keeping it clean when Bruno is on duty. It’s hard to say if people work harder for Bruno or if the other assistant just does not place the same level of emphasis on it. 3.75 stars
On my first visit I gave this location a solid 4 stars. On all my subsequent visits I have continued to receive outstanding service with a smile.

Close to my house, literally walking distance. Makes it convenient when I want food in a hurry in the AM.

I ordered peppermint hot cocoa and they gave me regular. Fuck you guys.

McDonalds breakfast is mankind’s delight ;-)

this used to be the go-​to mcdonald’s location when i was a child. the little version of me used to love a good happy meal with some chicken nuggets, an orange drank and a my little pony toy. that was back in the 80s when i led the good life and i was very easy to please.
i couldn’t even tell you the last time i had a value meal here. since around the turn of the last century i’ve gone to mcdonald’s for two things and two things only; that premium roast coffee and an occasional mcmuffin. the coffee here is pretty solid. it’s inexpensive and as convenient as can be when we run out of joe in the office and are too lazy to make a trip to the market. the mcmuffins are awesome prior to an early morning road trip… and that’s about it.
i’m giving this location one star because the last two work days my mother has insisted on purchasing an extra bacon egg biscuit thing and leaving it on my desk. she thinks she’s doing something nice for me since we work in the same office, but in reality she is contributing to my already less than stellar diet. i can’t just throw the sandwich away because i’d feel bad for wasting food, and no one else ever wants these things. the biscuit is greasy and the egg is the strangest scrambled egg i’ve seen in my life. it’s flat and folded over and now i feel ill.
never again, mom!
