Pizza Hut

I’ve order a few times here for pick up. When I get to the front, the cashiers are empty. You kinda have to make noise in order for someone to acknowledge your presence there. They don’t even have a ringing bell. This is Like the 3^rd time this happen. Also the guy that answers the telephone is very rude, and can’t tell from boneless & traditional, after I told him I will pay the extra fee for traditional wings from the value menu. Sucks that this is the only Pizza Hut close to me. I’m obligated to come here, hope they change their attitudes!

I love Pizza Hut, I really do… However, a lot grinds my gears about this location. When I order deliveries, I always write «call upon arrival» because I have a complicated address, and it’s difficult to find my house. When I ordered tonight my delivery man spoke 0 English, and could not understand how to find my house. I’m understanding of this… What’s not okay is that when I found the (very polite) delivery man, he handed his personal phone to me with his boss on the line, who then exclaimed that «my driver doesn’t speak any English, how is he supposed to find your house?» as if it was some sort of problem that my address is complicated. If you don’t want delivery problems, teach your drivers how to understand English directions. I am all for equal opportunity and that’s great, but if you hire someone who doesn’t speak any English to work a job that requires speaking English, then you should know what difficulties you’re going to come across here in America (where the primary language is English). Great food, really nice delivery man, but rude manager who blaimed delivery problems on me having a «difficult address.»

Writing reviews is not my thing. But this pizza was so bad I need to warn others. Don’t waste your money or your appetite. It’s been years since I ordered from Pizza Hut because Papa Murphy’s is my pizza joint. I didn’t realize that Pizza Hut has turned into terrible mediocre pizza place. The pizza was burnt to the point where the cheese was hard and chewing. I ordered thin crust and it was like cardboard. It was a bland, burnt, chewing pizza. It’s was the worst pizza I have every experienced. AND I ORDERED 2! We couldn’t even finish it. What a waste. Please if you read this take heed… don’t order from here.

Ordered online today and wish I’d ordered from the place we normally do. Ordering was easy and the website was nice to build your own but the advertised price (the scrolling «deals» at the top of the page) said the family box was $ 19.99 but when you start making it it is $ 21.99, whatever not a huge deal so I continued. I got a supreme pizza for one and pepperoni, sausage, olive on the other and wrote to make them both well done. the box also included breadsticks and wings (mild buffalo is what we got) and that bumped the boxes total up to $ 29.42, $ 10+ more than the advertised price! I almost canceled right then but my 5 year old had her heart set. I also added the Hershey’s brownie. The confirmation email said they’d be here by 12:51pm. I was seconds away from calling when the driver got here at 1:12pm. so I started serving and the pizza was nearly ice cold, not even a hint of warmth. It was soggy and not well done whatsoever. But we were hungry and had waited over an hour from my order time, and my daughter didn’t mind. I threw my slices in the oven and tried some wings. Yuck! The mild buffalo tasted chemically. I don’t even know how to describe it, they were floating in this greasy weird sauce, there was no dipping sauce and as cold as the pizza. Breadsticks I would bet money were from the night before, cold, hard, almost stale and bland. The only savior of the experience was the brownie, once I of course heated it up too lol so in total my order was $ 41.65! For what was supposed to be a $ 20 box+$ 5 brownie. They added a $ 3.50 delivery fee (not including the tip!) and the extra pizza toppings. I wouldn’t mind the price if the food was hot & edible but it was far from it. Won’t be ordering here again.

Idiot driver doesnt call my house through the call box (as directed in online ordering instructions) leaves as i walk outside. Then i call pizza hut and they tell me he will turn around. I wait outside in the COLD only to wait for 8 minutes before i call pizza hut back to ask where the driver is. Pizza hut employee DANNY GARCIA answers and tells me the driver is 5 min away hes coming from another house… Are you fucking kidding me. I tell DANNY GARCIA pizza hut career employee that id like to cancel my order in a nice way and he just hangs up on me not even knowing if they cancel my order or anything he just hangs up and doesnt answer phone for 10 min. I recommend you guys go to the taco bell/​pizza hut on greenleaf and whittier if you want pizza hut. Or go to the next city.– at the same time gotta cut these people slack, i mean they work at pizza hut what do i expect.

I don’t understand why all these people writing so many negative comments. Everyone just wants free pizza. Betty is the nicest person ever too! Love the service and food!

No wonder this place has 2 stars… I should have checked Unilocal before ordering. I would 0 stars of it could! Took over an hour to get my 1 large pizza, and the delivery doesn’t have any crush peppers or parm packets… really! I call the store and the guy who answered was rude and didn’t even apologize. I call there corporate and the girl I spoke to was not any better in service. Terrible experience, for sure the last time I order from this store! I wonder with all the competition out there this store survives. To top it off the pizza was not even worth the wait… frozen pizza would have been better!

Pizza was lukewarm, no tomato sauce, not enough cheese or pepperoni… Each slice was missing cheese and sauce. No flavor. We didn’t get parmesan or chilly flakes. Pizza Is not the same… never again.

So little did I not know that the pizza dough is not made fresh at Pizza Hut, and it’s not even hand tossed. All pre– prepared. I ordered online, not that difficult,
but when I tasted the pizza, the dough tasted sweet and something just tasted wrong about the pizza. I am probably not going to return to Pizza Hut. I want something more authentic next time. Pizza Hut was a big disappointment

I ordered the Margherita chicken I’ve been seen on TV for the last month. It was a large, The pizza was burnt to a point when you squeezed it taco style it literally fell apart!
For being a large I could count the Pieces of chicken on one hand! Needless to say the chicken was dry as Hell. The Pie tasted like cardboard! I’ve never tasted a nastier Pizza!
Here’s the clincher! I called talked to the Manager I gave him one of 2 choices. A new better Pizza or a full refund! He opt. For a full refund! Which tells me they can’t make a good Pizza.

Always excited to try a new gluten free pizza. I ordered by phone and opted to skip their $ 3.25 delivery fee and picked it up. The pizza was adequately topped with cheese and pepperoni, but lacked sauce. Pizza Hut uses Udi’s GF crust, which had good flavor and texture, aside from the fact that it was extra crispy and burnt on the edges, not by request. The pizza is super tiny and thin, don’t order it if you plan on sharing or are extremely hungry. Overall it was a good pizza, but for $ 12.99 for the tiny thin overlooked thing they offer, I would probably not order it again.

Awesome pizza!!! Done just perfect. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Liz is so helpful in helping me decide. And even made a suggestion that made my pizza even better tasting. She is always cheerful when I come in. Which is a nice change from all the grumpy people I may have encountered during the day

Pizza was on the cusp of burnt and overall bland tasting. I paid for extra cheese and I hardly see where that made a difference. The pizza was lukewarm and the thin crust was so crunchy, not crispy at all. Chicken wings are almost under cooked. I have ordered from 5 diff pizza huts in diff cities like burbank, sherman oaks etc and I might well have ordered Domino’s for all the care taken with the making of their pizzas. Basically, this place is lazy about the ONE JOB they were asked to do. Make a palatable pizza. Will not be ordering here again.

Quick and easy. But something’s ALWAYS wrong with my order :(it’s either burnt wings, greasy pizza, or they forget something. today they forgot the ranch that I paid for. YES ITS 50 cents, but I paid for it.
Ordered the new «big flavor dipper» and the ranch they included with the 5 sauces wasn’t even in the huge plastic shown on TV, instead I received the small typical fast food sized ranches. What the heck? Every other sauce was huge.
Basically… Won’t order anymore. After ordering regularly, I’m so done.

This place is 2 blocks away from me and they took over a hour and a half to deliver. I order deliver because I was stuck at home with no car and they are so slow. We got the pizza and it was cold. Not good at all. Next time I’ll have to try somewhere else.

I had been buying crappy pizzas from this place for more than 10 years. Its a fast, cheap dinner.
Tonight, i ordered pizza online, like ive done many times before. Payed with my credit card just like always. However, the card i used was a temp card, because my wallet had been lost the week prior. Same #, just without my name on it.
When the guy showed up with the pizza. He said he couldnt take my card, because it didn’t have my name on it. I had already recieved a text confirmation that the money was out of my account. The delivery guy called the store, and handed me the phone.
The rudest, most ignorant, condescending idiot on the other end of the phone told me to pay cash. I hung up, handed back the pizza and shut the door.
I then called the store myself. Thankfully, mr. Idiot answered. I told the gimp he better refund my money immediately, and hung up.
Worst customer service experience ever!
Never again!

The order was wings and fries.
Both came heavily burnt. When I called them, the lady was pretty rude. Didn’t even apologize.
I hope p-​hut headquarters sees this too.

So my son sees the commercail for Cheesy Bites from PizzaHut on TV. He points it out to me and next thing you know we are online ordering. So we are looking foward to this pizza as the girls are out tonight. So here is my take on the food and people.
Pros:
It was made fast. (maybe 13 minutes)
People were friendly
place was clean
Cons:
Pizza was burnt almost all the way around on the crust/​bites
VERY FEW TOPPINGS on a Pepperoni and Ham Pizza.
No cheese in the bites
Very greasy
Super thin crush
Note: When I called and spoke to the manager all I got were excuses. And when I told her I didn’t want to come back to her restaurant, all she said was, «Ok». Not, I’m sorry or let me make it up to you or I’ll talk to my team to make things better… Just, Ok.
So I guess its safe to say «I’ll never be going to PizzaHut again».

I’ve never had a problem with this pizza hut so I don’t know why people give it a bad review the pizzas always hot and exactly what I ordered I don’t know about the service cuz my bf always goes in and me and my dog wait across the street at the little park but can’t complain with good pizza!
