I really enjoy eating wings from here but every single time I have ordered online they forget something. 1 time they forgot to add 6 wings! 6 WINGS! How do you just miscalculate that? Another time they didn’t put an entire order of fries. Let’s not mention the countless times they didn’t put the dipping sauces that I paid for. It really disappoints me. I always try to go back hoping it will get better but it keeps getting worse.

The crew is always on top of things, I usually call in my order. They accidentally gave me bone in instead and I let them know and they had no problem fixing it. I love this wing stop

Almost every time I come to this wing stop their wings are soggy as shiiit. I even ask them to make it well done, but they still come out soggy. I’d rather eat dogshiit than to eat here (I wouldn’t really). It’s not rocket science, how hard is it to make wings. all you have is one job, and that’s to cook good wings. And you can’t even do that. These cooks are lazy fat fvcks that are a disgrace to the human race. PLEASE don’t eat here so we can shut these fvckers down. Just thinking of their soggy wings right now as I am typing this makes me sick to my stomach and makes me so mad that I will actually punch a kangaroo through its throat. Rick Ross would be disappointed in this wing stop location. I give this place a negative 90 000 star review.

I love the wings from here. The classic bone in are the best. Flavors mild, bbq, and lemon pepper you can’t go wrong! I always get the fries with no seasoning because it’s sweat so I just add salt. Veggie sticks are yummy to. The service is always fast because I order my food before I pick it up.

Fast service great food! But would it really hurt the company to give out napkins!!! Geez we pay enough for quality food.
Monday and Tuesdays they have specials for wings!
A great tip is to plan ahead and order on the app even if you’re going to dine in so your food is ready when you’re going to arrive.
This is a small location compared to other ones. But still very busy.

Wings and fries are pretty good. I would’ve given three stars if not for the fact that I F***King HATE those dumb cheap paper towel napkins they give you. They feel like sliced cardboard.

The best customer service I’ve had in a looong time. Jamie was more than helpful when we ordered (first timers). We took a little longer than expected to decide what we wanted… And she was nothing but patient. She made suggestions for us and kept a friendly smile on the entire time. This was a treat since you don’t usually get great service when it’s close to closing hours.

Horrible service I will never be back here again. Some how they ended up serving a group of 8 kids who got there after me, way before my simple oder. Its ridiculous first come first serve!. ended up waiting over 20 min for a simple order and others who got there before me got their order in ten min.

Jesus, these guys took forever… They said my order would be ready in 9 minutes or less. 20 mins later, they ask me to wait another 10. My schedule was thrown out of whack for the day, AND they shorted me 5 wings. The food itself was probably less than decent, so the 3 star I am giving us way more than generous enough.
I’d recommend future customers to reconsider and think — do you have extra time to wait a half hour for 10 wings?

I love wings so I was so pumped that they opened a Wingstop near my house but I was sadly disappointed.
The two stars is for the foods taste and smell. I ordered their regular combo with wings, a drink and fries! The combo is okay for the price, fries have a sweet seasoning that balances the spicy wings and they are big enough to feed two! Their wings are nicely coated also!
However, their efficiency is poor. I found it so cool when I finished paying at the cashier she told me that my meal would be ready in 9 minutes. I was really excited and luckily I just got off work so I didn’t have a huge time obligation. Well it took 20 minutes to get my meal. I was so upset, and they weren’t busy at all either. Im not sure what the issue was nor did they even apologize for taking so long but hopefully this review helps!

I hate to write a bad review but this is the second time this has happened to me. I love the salt and pepper wings but when I get them they are swimming in black grease. They need to change the shortening more often. You can see all the smoke in the kitchen. Then the iceing on the cake was after $ 45.53 in food that I spent. They charge me .75 for a ranch side. Not a problem but how many wings do I have to buy to get a ranch sauce.
Sorry Wing stop you are losing a good customer.

How is it that you get an order wrong more than three times in a row?. I asked the girl twice on the phone to please make the wings extra wet. When I paid And asked her if they were wet and she replied with I believe so .to bad this place is the nearest to my house. Now I have to drive further out because this people are obviously incompetent in taking my order and preparing my wings…
Message to the owner :
I believe the employees at your Santa Fe springs restaurant are not capable of meeting customer orders.

So tried this food chain because I was craving hot wings. They have a pretty good variety and prices were reasonable. On Mon/​Tue boneless wings are .50 cents each and dipping sauce is additional. We ordered original, lemon pepper and garlic parmesean.
We love wings my son can usually eat a dozen easily. After all the hype we wees a little disappointed the wings were far to salty with too much breading. We tried each flavor but could barely eat them. Kinda bummed and unsatisfied.
