I must say, this Panda Express location has really changed… for the BETTER! I had a feeling that I should walk-in instead of drive-thru and was greeted with a warm smile and was taken care of by a sweet employee named Julie. She offered to make fresh Beijing beef and a free drink so that I could eat while I waited! When the beef was done, she handed it to me along with a bag. Very pleasant experience:)

every time we go there its always the same. Lots of Noodles and rice and very little food. especially if you order the one item. And they never give you any meat. The last time we were there my fiancé only got two pieces of meat in his beef and broccoli. I really don’t like the staff attitude wanting you to buy egg rolls or something else. would not recommend going here as the food is below average.

Do yourself a favor and don’t come here when the old man’s working. He must be the owners something because he acted like he was giving out his own money when he was serving the portions. Absolutely skimpy and pathetic. Quality is generally OK, portions are usually good but it sure doesn’t seem like it used to.

Seriously, this place is ridiculous. I wait 25 mins to order with ONECAR in front of me. What could they possibly be doing to make someone wait 15 mins to order… then when I get to the window I wait another 10 mins before I can order. The service is slower then God knows what. The portions are always on the less then more side, and they are expensive! I just can’t do it anymore it sucks!

Just went thru the drive thru and the girl at the window was so rude. I am a server and bartender so I know how important it is for a business to have employees that display exceptional customer service. She was a Hispanic girl and had a shitty look on her face I asked her if I could have some chili sauce and she didn’t respond. Then she handed me my food and I said thank you and she just gave me a dirty look. Won’t be visiting this panda express anytime soon. Instead I will be going to peonys in murrieta they have delicious Chinese food and they always make the customers feel welcome!

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service was horrible. My boyfriend and I came up here to visit his family as we are from San Diego. On our way home, we decided to get some panda before heading back down. It was about 930 at night and we drove through and placed our order. They let us know that the honey walnut shrimp would take about 3 – 4 minutes extra. We said that was fine. We pulled up and finally paid at 9:39 pm. Rosy told us to pull around and she will bring our food out to us. Over 10 minutes pass and we decided to just go in and see what the deal was. We knocked on the door as it was locked and they looked at us and told us we had to go around and place our order. UMWEJUSTDROVETHROUGH?! So my boyfriend held up the receipt and the other girl finally remembered us so she went and grabbed our food that had been obviously just sitting there. They tried saying it just now was done and my boyfriend told them he had seen it sitting there while he had been knocking on the door. Needless to say, as we pulled into the parking lot to eat, everything was lukewarm at best. Never coming here again. Could not believe how rude and unapologetic they were. We didn’t even care to go back to get fresh hot food as we were just over it at this point.

Waaaay too overpriced for the amount that I was given. Almost $ 7 for just chow mein and rice in a tiny little bowl that was literally just two scoops. I don’t mind paying that price if I’m actually getting a lot of food and getting the amount it’s worth. I was out and about and wanted Chinese food but didn’t think I would be getting ripped off that much…

I go to Panda Express all the time due to my work hours. I went in a few days ago and got my usual plus the wontons. I asked for the sauce that goes with and they said ok. I get home and it’s not in the bag. I go in tonight and mention it and expect a gesture of an order on the house. The old Asian guy Brian behind the counter offered me the sweet and sower sauce. I asked why? So I can go back in time and use it? They clearly are not that bright and why they are there. I was blown away by that offer and the clear missing of my entire point of brining it up. I will never ever go to this location again even though it is very convenient. If they are that bad with customer service and that dumb to make that offer I have to question anything else they do.

Fastest drive thru! Way faster than chick fil a and in n out & it’s a non-traditional drive thru joint. I was super impressed. Also tasted great & super friendly employees!

It was ok. The food was just like any other panda. The orange chicken was a little dry but i guess thats what you get when it is somewhat fast food.

You know, usually you guys have it all figured out. I get everything I need and I leave a happy camper. But the past few times I’ve come have been horrible. I would go through the drive thru, specifically ask if the honey walnut shrimp has been sitting in the case for longer then 10 – 15(because I don’t like when my shrimp is soggy) and I’m always told that it’s been there for 5 minutes maybe even less because it’s their«rush hour» and stupid me, always falls for it and gets it and I end up getting 3 shrimps, a bunch of walnuts and no satisfaction for my 1.25 extra, I mean, if you’re gonna charge me extra might as well make it worth it for the customer. Instead I get crap. My chow mein is always more veggie than it is noodle. And for some odd reason it doesn’t matter how many entrées I order I am ALWAYS going to get ONE fork and ONE fortune cookie. Like what is this? And everything is such a mess in my bag I can’t ever find anything until I get home and open my bag. — now given this might only be because it’s the drive thru but it’s actually not, I would get so frustrated that I would go in, and ask to try the shrimp and would get told that it just came out, but there is barely anything in the bowl and It takes like wet rags. I mean, you guys used to have it all together. And lately I don’t know if you’re hiring new people or what it is, but it’s not working out. Finally the last thing I want to add that has been bothering me for weeks now is there is a girl that works the drive thru, she always has her hair up in her hat and wears lip stick and kind of has a squeaky voice, every time I go through she makes me feel bad about not donating for whatever they are donating at the time, her: «do you want to donate to the **** foundation» me: «no not today» her: «you can just round up the change» me: «no I’m okay thank you» her: «okay fine» very unprofessional. Today I’ve made the decision that I would rather drive an extra 15 – 20 minutes to go to the Lake Elsinore location or the Temecula location than ever come back to this one. You guys need to get it together, asap, or you’re gonna lose a lot. You better bet your socks off I’ll be telling all my friends my experiences with ya’ll as well. Have a great day.

Panda Express is usually pretty good but this place blows. Their drive thru speaker is sooooo loud I felt like my ear drums are gonna explode. Their service isn’t that great either, it almost felt like I was inconveniencing them :/
