Today being my birthday, I figured Id bring the family out with me for some dinner… But never did I imagine that I’d have such an awful afternoon… cause it was to be so simple… Service for one took forever, Then apparently the employee didn’t like that I had to translate for my mother to place her order…’cause the attitude after i began to translate was awful… not to mention rude… Then minutes after we sit down, an employee decided to empty out the trash beside our table… This guy just shook the bag full force as if clearing it for a pile of leaves on a front yard… Completely oblivious… Not a care in the world that we were sitting there trying to eat dinner… I don’t know if its just me… angry still at the way they acted while i translated for my mother, So I excused myself and walked outside to cool off… Some Birthday dinner huh… I expected a lot more from Panda Express…

The overall quality of Panda Express has dropped significantly in the last 10 years or so, and is now at an all time low. This location isn’t great, but then again neither is any of the other ones. It’s hard to place the blame of the general mediocrity of Panda Express on this location, I just think Panda Express needs to really reevalutate their business from the top down.

Look at the portion I received of orange chicken. Really. What is that 5 pieces? I pulled up in the drive thru at 1:00. There were no cars in front of me or at the pay window. I was greeted at the speaker and had to hold for a moment. Why, am I holding there were no cars but me!!!

I am giving this place 2 stars only because I have gotten a couple of employees that are really curteous and helpful. However, One of the managers Patricia was extremely rude and unprofessional… has made me never want to go back! The drive theough takes FOREVER!

I would give them no stars if it were a choice. Do not go in the drive thru, they take one car at a time and they are extremely slow. We spoke with the manager and he just made excuses.

Usually it is not so bad. Order, pick up, leave, order, pick up, leave. Sam routine nothing to special just getting my lunch. But today, Sept 26,2014. I had a horrible experience. After going through the drive through and being told they wont be able to put more meat in my panda bowl I was already kind of irritated but whatever rules are rules. I finally got my order and returned to work from my 30 minute lunch break. As I opened my panda bowl, the meat was incorrect. I called the store and a women answered, I explained in the nicest way what had happened and she turned around as asked someone what she should do because I order a certain kind of chicken and received a different kind. I did not hear the response but than the lady said, «No that is what you ordered» I explained again that this is not what I wanted, I knew what I wanted because I had gotten it 4 days prior. She was apparently not understanding, for she continued to tell me that what I ordered is what I wanted. ITWASNOT! I asked to speak to someone else and she told me, in a very rude manner, «I am the manager right now.» I knew she was lying because she had just asked someone else what she was supposed to do. In the end I still have the chicken panda bowl that I did not want and I am waiting to call them back because I do not want to deal with that same rude women. The customer service being given at Panda Express off of Clinton Keith is very disappointing.

Went at 8pm, they close at 10pm, they were out of brown rice, and then lady told me they did not have much white rice either, then she quickly changed her mind saying she found some… I look in my rear veiw mirror and see that there are 5 cars behind me, …the girl explained that when they run out of brown rice after a certain time they don’t make any more, as they will have to throw some out… Really…ordered a large diet soda… flat and icky… I really dislike this place!!!

I have to say we have been there a few times and every time we’ve gone it’s been really good experience. They have enough people to wait on you and they all have been very helpful and nice! We will most definitely be back!

I would’ve not chosen any star but it won’t let me do that so just for the purpose of posting a review I’m forced to place 1 star. I with my mother went for a drive thru because it was almost 2pm and still haven’t had our lunch. We wanted the Asian angus steak but the girl on the drive thru counter, YEIMY H. said it will take 7 mins so we declined and ordered something else faster. After taking all our orders YEIMY H. still asked me to park my car on the side which I did. It’s been almost 5 mins and still no one is coming out so I went in. I asked her what’s the reason for the wait, seeing there’s no other customers except for one on the counter. She said my order just takes longer and reminded me sarcastically that she told me that, making it sound I’m so stupid and that it’s only been 3 mins. I told her I specifically declined the steak order since I couldn’t wait but she seemed not to hear me with her annoyed face couldn’t even look at me straight in the eye. Then I saw her hand someone else at the drive thru window his order which irritated me more and asked, why was that order ready when mine is not and she replied again in a very sarcastic way, «Because the order was something from the ready dishes.» I repeated that I didn’t order the steak or anything I have to wait extra time time for. YEIMY H. then asked me if I just want to cancel my order. That’s when I blew my top. She then called the manager and the manager looked at my receipt. My order had been ready all along, this inefficient, unprofessional and rude YEIMY H. made a mistake, in her stupid head I ordered the steak so she was waiting for it. The manager apologized and so I told this YEIMY H. that she’s the one who made a mistake and not me., she just shrugged her shoulders and said«okay» without even apologizing. We all work hard for the money and I too very well know about good customer service and this Panda Express branch should reprimand and retrain if necessary inefficient employees like YEIMY H. because they make the image of the store so mediocre no matter how they try to raise its level in the food business.

Went through the drive thru, placed my order, got to the window and was told they actually didn’t get any part of my order at all. Had to redo the order. Then I showed them my military ID because EVERYOTHERTIME that I’ve been there, I’ve received a military discount. I was told by Rosy C. that they don’t give a military discount. When I asked her since when, she said«always». Then I guess someone needs to inform the rest of the staff because I’ve always gotten one in the past. Rosy was very rude. When we had to keep repeating our order to her, we asked if the previous girl had gotten any of it and we were told«I don’t know, I didn’t take your order» in a very snotty tone. Won’t be going back to this location again. From the reviews I’ve read, I’m apparently not alone in this either.

We stopped because we were traveling through. The service was abysmal. I asked for warm water for the baby’s bottle they said they had no warm beverages and couldn’t heat anything up for me. Really!?! A restaurant has no hot water? I was the only one in line but had to wait several minutes to pay because the person helping me couldn’t use the register and the manager was busy with drive through orders. He filled two drive through orders while a third employee stood by and watched before he came and took my money. The Beijing Beef tasted old and was very dry. The bonus at the end was an eyelash in our food! Should have read the Unilocal reviews before we stopped.

Everytime I come here I regret it, EVERYTIME. The store is nice and the food is ok, but the customer service is what kills the entire experience everytime. Theyre slow, understaffed and need to hire more people. I waited in the store and was the only person in line and had to wait 5 minutes standing for someone to ask me what I wanted. So long the chef kept giving the workers dirty stares and felt bad about the crap service they were giving me.
While this panda was clean and the service was quick those were the two real highlights of eating here. Decided to stop here as we were starving after a trip into the valley. We ordered some of the usual stuff mushroom chicken, orange chicken, and chow mein. Each of these were good and tasted like what you would get at any other panda. Although the portions were very small. Not too sure why they gave us so little food as many of the people after us seemed to get double the food that we were served. Oh well not much you can do except not go to this Panda Express. Maybe choose one of the other places to eat in the area.

We will never be eating here again. We spent 40.00 dollars in food only to find someone in the kitchen had spit sunflower seed shells in my plate. So disgusting. The manager didn’t think it was a big deal and refused to refund our money. Nobody could eat after that. Never again. Gave 1 star only because it had to have a rating.

For the third time in two weeks, we went to Panda Express«late at night.» Because we live in an area where most of the town rolls up at 9 pm, we were excited that Panda would be open later. Little did we know, however, that being open late, just meant that the last of the food would be served. The first time we went late, we were told that they were«out of» one or two of the menu items we ordered, so we made do with what they had. But this has become a pattern — the second time, we ordered Beijing Beef(none left), and Cream Cheese Rangoons. There were also no rangoons left, so we ordered a couple of egg rolls instead. None left. No spring rolls. No chow mein. No shrimp. Seriously? Tonight when we went(we left at 10:30, live just 5 minutes away, and they’re open until 11), my daughter wanted Beijing Beef with fried rice, and my husband wanted Orange Chicken with chow mein. I wanted Beijing Beef as well. NO Beijing Beef, NO Orange Chicken. I asked what they DID have, and they said they had rice, chow mein, Kobari Beef, a «little bit of» Broccoli Beef, and a couple other items. LESSTHANHALF of the menu was available. And I asked, why do you bother staying open if you don’t have food to serve? Is this really the message the company wants to send?
