Pho TYC

Food is amazing! I can for the rare steak Phở and fell in love! The staff are very pleasant and welcoming… the restaurant is very clean and cozy… the food is fresh and flavorful! I also tried the chicken curry and was very impressed… spring rolls are a great starter… I’m hooked!

So the phở was alright not the best I’ve had. But the thing that really got me was the super slow service. As we arrived it took 10 minutes for us to get a menu. Didn’t even get a glass of water until after we got our food. Refills? Forget about it.
Was it worth the 9 bucks? Probably not.
Looks like I’ll be going back to noodle land off Madison

My wife, myself and some friends went to Phở Tyc the other night. While my wife does not care for Phở and our friends had never tried it, they know how much i enjoy it.
First, let me say that while we did not eat in the restaurant it did appear clean and the service I recived was ok.
Other then that the experiance was not that great. I ordered two phở and watched as the employee wrote them both down correctly as well as ordered the grilled chicken with noodles.
I get home and begin to hand out peoples dinner. Unfortunatly thats where the problems started. I did not receive my order and instead got a double order of shrimp phở. My wife complained that the chicken was dry, and after tasting it myself i would have to say dry was an understatement. It was like chewing on mulch.
I was hoping for a good phở place a little closer to my house but unfortunatly this place isnt it. There are other phở restaurants with better quality and better service for the same price range not that much further away. They also have a better selection.
I doubt i will be visiting Phở tyc again and I would suggest avoiding this place as well. The food just doesnt make up for the the lack of attention to detail or quality.

I’m retracting my awesome duchess review after what I was given today that should have NEVER been served… total BS… shame on you Phở TYC… love the owners, used to love the food but I am disgusted that they allowed this inedible old trash to leave their kitchen. Super sad… ugh! I hate being a total B but I’m not happy. Sorry folks… pics attached…
