My family and I recently moved to the area and we are extremely happy with the dental care we receive from Velk dentistry. From the receptionist, to the Drs, to the dental hygenist; every one gets 5 stars. The office is modern and decorated in a way that makes you comfortable. It’s not stuffy and clinical like offices i’ve visited in the past. Thank you Velk for taking care of my families dental needs.

Best dental office I have ever been to. The staff was amazing, very nice and personable. I took my entire family in for ex-​rays and teeth cleaning. We were scheduled perfectly with no wait whats so ever. Both dentist Eric and Angela were great. Eric took great care and time on my teeth and I am super stoked I finally found a good Dentist! I am recommending them to everyone I know!

I started going to Dr. Velk a little over a year ago. The office staff is very nice and the cleanings and work I had done was excellent. My problem is my insurance. When I made the first appointment I asked if they took Delta Dental, they said yes. Up until now everything has been covered, BUT I just got a notification from Delta that over $ 200 is not covered for a cleaning because I already hit my limit of $ 1,000. I Called Delta and was informed that Dr. Velk is a Delta Premier provider NOT a Delta PPO provider. My PPO will pay up to $ 3,000. So now I am looking again for another dentist. I am giving the 3 stars because I feel that I should have been notified of this HUGE difference in coverage BEFORE my work was done. So for those of you looking for a dentist make sure you find out what your insurance covers BEFORE you have any work done.

I had been told by another dentist’s «assistant» (Not even the dentist!!!) that I needed some expensive dentistry for a cracked tooth, and that I needed extensive dental work. I felt like I was just being sold a package — a very expensive package with a lot of unnecessary work.
Because I knew something was wrong, but did not want to go back to the previous office I had been to, I started looking around for a reputable dentist, and found a bunch of Used car salesmen in the dentistry business. But after calling around, I finally made an appointment with Dr. Velk. I must say that I was impressed. Not only did his office try to accommodate me quickly, I found his office run very professionally, and everyone was also friendly and knowledgeable. His receptionist and dental assistant are very nice women, who take their time and really seem to care about what they’re doing. Dr. Velk was extremely professional, patient, thorough and very informative. Turns out, I did not need all the work the other dentist was trying to «sell» me. Thank you Dr. Velk!
I did not feel like just another number here. I am very happy with my first visit and consider Dr. Velk our family dentist now!
