EVERY time I go into THIS particular location the employees are never friendly. Never smile. The first few times I thought that maybe I caught them on bad days, but nope. Every time. There’s a blonde lady that works in the deli and she looked straight at me, but helped someone else who had just walked in. Couldn’t believe how blatantly rude she was. Anyway, I try to avoid shopping at this location even though I live around the corner. I don’t mind driving further to either the friendlier Stater Bros. on Mission Trail or Albertsons. Those stores have always been positive and friendly. This one? I get upset thinking about going there because of the unfriendly employees. Awful service.

The employees here are cool but it would help if they smiled more. and when some of them chat with customers, oh gosh they chat wayyyy too long and hold up the check out lines. Anyway, I bought my Chihuahua outside of this store lol Why did I do it? Because he was soooo cute and little. This is probably the only reason why I am giving this store 4 stars.

This stater brothers isn’t the best. Mainly because the people that shop here are.uhh.weird. I’ve seen a lot of weird people go here. The store isn’t the cleanest but it’s not the dirtiest.

Had my daughters birthday party yesterday and ordered 2 3ft sub sandwiches. The sandwiches were delicious. We had over 40 people and there was plenty of food with about a half of one leftover! They really have the friendliest deli and bakery. Great place to get your cakes and sandwiches for your next party!!!

Regular grocery store fairly clean sometimes products are out of date or expired I prefer Alberson’s myself but for it being pretty close to where I live it’s not bad

I have been coming to this location since it first opened up and I have never left unsatisfied. Their prices are relatively cheaper then Ralph’s up the street and the staff is always so helpful. I also love the quality of meat that they have here!

It’s a nice and clean store. Convenient and close by my house. Nice customer service. One of the employees helped me unload my groceries onto the belt upon check out and a gentleman helped bah my groceries when he saw me doing it myself.
The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that the cashier did not acknowledge me. She didn’t even talk to me and all of a sudden, when it came to ringing up my bottles of wine, she asked me how old I was. How rude! I would have been more than happy to show my ID.

Went early to get my favorite yogurt… again!!! OUT!!! Plenty of everything else. I’ve stopped shopping here for produce because Barons BLOWS their prices out of the water. I have changed to Ralphs for my Cavet, and have now made the commitment to pass starters and go to Albertsons for my yogurt and w/​e Batons doesn’t have.

Stater Bros is my favorite store. Never have i been to such a place where they are always friendly. i frequent the location everyday and i am please at the way im treated. everyone knows me and it just gives me the feeling of being at home while im there. the prices are much more competitive than their rivals. way to go management.

Have been shopping here for years and this is my grocery store. Everyone is more than helpful. I have not come across one staff member that was not pleasant or willing to assist. The tellers ask me how my day is and if I found everything I needed every.single.time and I am in this store 2−3x a week. The butcher and deli service staff are always friendly and accommodating. The selection is more than adequate for me and the prices are the best around. Sometimes they go up a bit or go down, but pay mind to the price on the day you are shopping and you will know when to go. Either way, they still beat Ralph’s, Albertson’s and Vons on price and customer service any day. I love my Stater’s.

I ordered cupcakes for my sisters bachelorette party and at first when I picked up the cupcakes I was upset that they were not as cute as the other bakery items. I asked the lady in the bakery if there’s anything they could put on top to make them cuter and she looked at them and said «let me do this over for you because I wont be happy unless you’re happy.» Loved her. Wish I could remember her name. So happy with the result!

Their prices seem to be higher for some things like eggs, carrot juice, milk (although I only shop the perimeter of the grocery store so I can’t speak for the stuff in the isles); but, I love the produce section here. I buy tons of produce, and I can usually get ALMOST every produce item on my list here, whereas if I go to albertson’s or Barron’s, there will be many more produce items that I had to leave without.
Also glad they don’t make you carry one of those dumb keychain savings cards!!!

Great customer service every time I come in. The tellers are super friendly and personable. They always engage in conversation. They are quick so lines are never long. There are always a few check out lines open, which is a huge plus.
Store is clean, organized and well stocked. I love their produce section and meat department. Great prices, much cheaper than Ralph’s and Albertsons.
They have two redbox machines, one on each entrance. Yay! I am a huge fan of that.
Parking lot is easy to get in and out of. Another thing I appreciate is that customers and staff are always putting the carts away, which is so nice. I hate pulling up at places and someone has left the cart in the middle of the parking spot or jammed up in a planter box… REALLY is it that hard to just walk it back.
This Staters Brothers is GREAT!

I love shopping here!
The customer service is really great, all the staffs are very polite and they love their jobs.
The prices are great and the selections they have in store has mostly everything you need for your kitchen needs.
The store is very clean. well kept and restrooms are clean too.
This store also has two Red Boxes (one on each entrance) which is a great plus for those who love this service.

I have been in this store three separate times asking for baked chicken in the deli that is in the special ad. Each time the employee looks at me like I’m crazy and says «no only fried.» I pointed to the add that she has on display on her counter, and she once again said «only fried». Really? Once, OK, twice well bummer, three times, lose a customer.
Why put it in the ad if you don’t have it available? On the other hand the meats and produce are good. Just needs better service at the deli counter.

This seems to be a flagship store. It’s the nicest in the area aside from the Temecula location on 79. I think the Wildomar store may be a smidge bigger.
Great floral selection here. I picked up a bouquet of red roses for my GF because she was feeling under the weather and I wanted to brighten her day up a little… or at least attempt to.
10 red roses in a basic bouquet; fully bloomed, will cost you about $ 10 and some change. Not bad my friend, not bad at all.
Also, if you’re a member of a credit union, there is an Arrowhead branch and ATM located inside the store. You’re debit card will work in the ATM and you won’t be charged a fee. But you have to be a member of a CO-​OP credit union. Sorry bank customers you will be charged a fee for using the ATM!
And we can get it on tonight…
